“ The location was wonderful, especially with the monastery so close by with the bell ringing. The owners were very friendly but do not speak English. My Spanish was good enough to get by, but we were not able to engage them in conversation enough to find out where to hike, etc. The location has two excellent restaurants and the staff do speak English. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. ”

The location was wonderful, especially with the monastery so close by with the bell ringing. The owners were very friendly but do not speak English. My Spanish was good enough to get by, but we were not able to engage them in conversation enough to find out where to hike, etc. The location has two excellent restaurants and the staff do speak English. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Check in is not until 5p.m. Would have liked an earlier check in time.

Pleasant balconies, good balcony furniture, nice views More like a B & B. Check in is very late (5pm) and not dependent on availability i.e. no one is there to receive guests before 5pm (perhaps this should be made clearer).

Its location on side of hill with very nice restaurant just down a few steps The room was small with a downward slopping roof and a bit airless. The bath not big enough for anyone over 5.5ft and shower only a bath spray

El entorno Lo primero la suit esta al lado de la recepción donde se escucha todo y te pueden escuchar y no hay intimidad , lo segundo las camas son separadas por lo tanto no puedes dormir al lado de tu pareja , el spa es mini una sauna y un jacuzzi puesto q la piscina solo es de uso de verano, la tele en una suit en la otra punta de las camas ademas de estar enfrente de un sofa q deja que desear porque se desmonta.

El personal muy muy atento, tuvieron un gran detalle por ser nuestra noche de bodas y nos trajeron sandwiches para cenar cuando llegamos tardísimo y sin haber cenado. El hotel es absolutamente encantador, muymuy recomendable y el desayuno fantástico. No tengo ninguna pega que ponerle. Nada criticable

Me ha gustado el enclave en ese maravilloso y tranquilo pueblo de Santa Cruz de la Serós. Hay que tener en cuenta que no hay recepción permanente aunque siempre hay un teléfono de contacto.

El Hotel es precioso y la información que nos dieron y las visitas que nos recomendaron fueron acertadas en todos los casos. Durante nuestra estancia no hubo muchas personas alojadas y estuvimos utilizando todas las instalaciones como si fuera nuestra casa

Principalmente, la atención y amabilidad de los propietarios. Los detalles en la habitación, cuarto de baño, y sala de estar. Te encuentras en el hotel como si estuvieras en casa. En este caso, no ofrecer comida y cena (si un desayuno completo y sabroso) es una ventaja. Sencillamente delicioso.

Lovely hotel in beautiful setting. Staff had tried to contact us by phone to tell us that it was fiesta the night we were travelling, and that it would not be the usual peaceful experience and to give us opportunity of cancelling. They could not contact us and had prepared a note of explanation in English for our arrival. Much appreciated but we did not cancel, and survived the night of music from the village - not a problem.

We had the suite, which was well appointed and spacious. Bathroom was comfortably large. The exterior building and garden are lovely, with a nice view of the attractive town. Well located for our purposes. Suite is off the main entry, across from the dining area and below another room. If we had not been the only guests, it might not have been so peaceful.
