La atención del personal es excelente. El día del check-out nos dejaron la habitación hasta las 14h y pudimos ir al spa ( a las 12h ) con tranquilidad. El spa esta bastante bien ambientado, relax. La piscina cubierta muy tranquila ( en febrero al menos).La habitación grande y comoda. Pedimos cama de matrimonio y nos dieron 2 camas. El spa resbala muchísmo (riesgo de caída) en la zona del parquet. El Buffet puede mejorar en el tema de la carne. Es caro y la bebida no está incluida. Se echa de menos comer a la carta.

L'hotel esta en un marc increïble, la situació ajuda a desconnectar de la ciutat molt a prop d'ella. El personal de l'hotel es molt atent I ens a atès molt bé, anàvem amb una nena de 20 mesos I tot han sigut facilitats, ha sigut un cap de setmana molt profitós.

Me ha gustado el hotel sobretodo la ubicación ( tranquilidad) y el hecho de tener spa para pasar un fin de semana relajado. El olor a cloro des del Hall y la poca insonoralizacion de los baños. A ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deberian limpiar las telas de araña.

La amabilidad del personal,en especial Pepa y Marta El spa La señalizacion para llegar al Hotel es inexistente,al menos entrando desde Aiguafreda. Las puertas de las habitaciones al cerrarse son demasiado ruidosas. La cena buffet a 29 euros me parece cara.

La tranquilidad, el diseño, la limpieza, el trato, la comida... todos los aspectos de este hotel se podrían considerar de alto nivel. Menú cerrado para la cena, no hay carta. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue el tener que hablar con la gente del SPA para fijar a qué hora haríamos el circuito. Creo que si se pudiera hacer desde recepción ahorrarían muchos problemas a los huéspedes.

Dispone de muy buenas instalaciones, con buffet libre generoso y entorno cerca del Montseny para visitarlo facilmente. La temperatura del agua de la piscina climatizada, un poco fría. Se podria mejorar para mejor confort. Deberían cambiar las maquinas de cafe en el buffet libre. Es un café bastante malo.

La cena en especial. Muy buenos cocineros! Serian agradables las ofertas, tipo fin de semana de oferta, o tipo pack ("pagando 10 euros mas por noche accederá 2 horas al spa, I pagando 30 más a un masaje, por ejemplo) , cosa que en otros hoteles son fáciles de econtrar. Este tipo de ofertas hacen que el cliente se sienta más integrado y con ganas de repetir experiencia.

La ubicación es perfecta para realizar salidas al Montseny y los pueblos de la zona. El desayuno y la cena estuvo muy bien, gran variedad de productos. Me ha parecido que la calidad precio es desorbitada. Desventajas el mal olor que hacía a cloacas en toda la habitación, lo comentamos se disculparon y punto.
