Very convenient to visit Pacha club which is just across the road 10min cab ride to Playa D'en Bossa which has some great beach bars as well as Ushuaia and Space (cab cost~ Eur 15 one way) There is an ATM close by at the Casino (restuarant Jackpot), pharmacy, small cafe that serves sandwiches & fresh juices...all within a 50metre walk. Rooms are nice & big with a lovely balcony. Staff is excellent and very helpful all the way. Breakfast is good. I didn't other meals at the hotel
Bit expensive (I paid eur 400 per night approx) in Aug. Rooms could do with a bit of sprucing up.
EVRYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL IS AWESOME!
The Hotel is perfect!
Location good service, good breakfast
A bit expensive but overall good hotel to stay. A classic in Ibiza
WIFI was super slow. I didnt get that warm fuzzy welcome feeling...
I liked the convenience of location and breakfast was really nice. The room was very spacious even with 3 of us in it! The cleaners were brilliant given the mess we left them daily.
I think the hotel needs a little uplift - i've visited many times since you opened - which isn't surprising. We couldn't understand why we had to keep putting in details for the wifi every five minutes - it was very frustrating. Price wise - given there was three of us in one room we felt we could have had a fairer deal. All in all though a lovely stay.
The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff are friendly
Everything was perfect
Free entrance at Pacha club
Very old, not clean, seems like there are ghosts from the parties ages ago! Ashame to be called by Pacha logo! Price is too high, cause I'll give this hotel only two stars, or name it hostel Pacha not to disappoint the customers! For the same price, for the next night we booked fabulous Hard Rock hotel at Den Bossa which improves all 5 stars! 500 euros for what? Never book it, it's better to pay 50 euro for entrance at the same name club!
Close to all the hot spots: Pacha, Leo, Chipriani, boom and the marina
No gym, small pool
The EL Hotel Pacha is in a good location for exploring and Ibiza Town is very picturesque, but getting around does involve 10-15 minute walks or taxi rides. We hired a scooter which allowed us to go searching for lovely beaches. . We enjoyed our stay and found the hotel relaxing and the beds extremly comfortable. We did not find the Club Pacha noisey and it did not disturb our sleep at all. We only found the atmosphere very restful. The Hotel also smells wonderful! I would definitely return to EL Pacha Hotel.
The only thing I missed was English Tea with breakfast but maybe that is just a British habit!
Proximity to the Pacha club
Doors are thin and transmit sound from the corridor into your room. We tried the 20% they gave us at reception in two different businesses owned by Pacha and they were rejected. The swimming pool is horribly small and cold.
Great hotel awesome residents bar ... Coolest place in Ibiza for a pre pasha drinks...
location location location. the bed and pillows were amazing.
wifi is very slow.
Locations was good. Staff was friendly. Room size and Cleanliness was very good.
A kettle in the room was needed and more so as we were travelling with the baby and needed hot water to make up her milk but that was not there. Wifi keeps disconnecting and was terribly slow. Food slightly over pricey..
Spacious, terrace (but poor view). Helpful staff. Complimentary glass at bar.
VERY minimalistic furnishing. Bathroom door does not close properly.
Great facilities, spacious room, free parking, nice service in the restaurant, free entry to the club.
Questionable location - far from the city centre and the beach, one of the two elevators did not work for the whole weekend, too expensive for the quality you get.
Impossible to sleep! Too much noise throughout the night
The staff were very helpful and friendly
Broken television and computer doesn't work..
The rooms are very nice and spacious. Great design and lovely bathroom. The bar and restaurant service was excellent, the receptionist nice but not sufficiently entitled to make a customer oriented decision on a reservation issue that had to be handled. Restaurant quality was very good and even above expectation for off-season.
The exterior of the hotel looks dismal and dissapointing. The lobby is a bit of a so-so experience as you cannot be sure where you have arrived. The night club feeling continues into the hotel which might be of advantage during season for people who are looking for that, yet off-season for a more grown-up experience this is not helpful. Hallway feeling upstairs is not inviting as all looks rather simple and worn out. It could use a make-over to adjust to the level of the rooms.
food was excellent!
Spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff
Wrong season to be in ibiza.. Supposed to be during summer visiting the place
Staff are really good because they responded my requests. I hope the reason is not off season.
We had a great stay at El Hotel Pacha. The staff were friendly and helpful. The design is minimalist with careful detailing. The bedrooms are large and airy and the bed is large and comfortable. A big bonus is free entry to the Pacha nightclub, which is just across the road. We look forward to going back.
Due to being minimalist design the wear and tear does show slightly. The bedroom felt just a bit tired.
This is Pacha. Which itself in a way represents Ibiza as such. That was the main reason we chose this hotel. Free entry to Pacha saves a lot of money. Junior suite (actually a large double room with a seating area) was large and bright. Bed was amazing. Breakfast was good, with eggs a-la- carte selection excellent.
Hotel can be considered a bit noisy, as main doors to the room do not provide sound isolation. Only ventilation in the room can be from the air conditioning, which does not feel adequate at certain times. Cosmetics provided was not L'Occitane, as advertised. Wi-fi, while present in both rooms and the public areas is pathetic, as one needs to log in every time a device tries to connect to the internet. Beach towels were not changed for the whole duration of our stay. A small gym would be a nice addition. All these dislikes are minor, however when paying 250 euro plus per night, one does expect perfection.
