great location,spotless

a bit tight

Clean room, great location, lift, quiet

The hotel is perfect! very clean, looks newly redone, in the very heart of the historical center, excelent price, good breakfast, in a small quiet side street, if your purpose is bussines or you want to walk around all the historical places, or shopping, this is all you need. feels like 4 star hotel only smaller size. a lot of small details make you feel good to be there. like quality of materials good desighn . real orange juice on the breakfast, small elevator for older people or luggage (it is a old historical building) . if i go back again .. will not look further

rooms a bit smaller (defenetly not small but a bit smaller than other hotels around the world) . it is not a problem , just noticed that. anyway this is not a resort so it is supposed you are enjoyng the city not hanging in the room. the reception is not working night time but few feet away (across the street) is the sister hotel and if you need something you can talk to them (they are the same people)

Perfect location, very central.

Noisy, can hear bar chatter outside all night until 7, although you get used to it. Staff hardly on reception.

Been to Madrid few times, possibly best place I stayed in. Would class as a high 3-star. Location is unbeatable, off Puerto Sol but on quiet side street. Room was spotless, with air con and heat control (was cold outside one night but room was warm). Hotel Breakfast in lovely cafe round the corner on Victoria St. Running hot water on demend in bathroom/shower.

Nothing. For the price this is an excellent hotel, and as mentioned would class as a high 3-star hotel.

It's very nice, small, clean and comfortable hotel in the Madrid's center. I can recomend to take the breakfast. It was in the nearest reastaurant, and it's so convinient. Everything was fine! Thanks!

Location - very central if that what you're looking for

Tiny rooms, bad smell, no wifi, rooms, basic breakfast. The rooms were not kept for us due to some electricity problem so they moved us to another hotel (better one actually) and we had to carry our luggage to the new rooms a day after.

The location is really really perfect to visit the city and enjoy the night-life, however without being disturbed by noise. The (included) breakfast in the near cafe is good: it is not a real continental breakfast, but more a Spanish one with bread and fresh tomato / olive oil, a lot of fruits, yoghourt and croissants. The reception is not always open, but you can always ask or phone to the sister hotel (1 min walking). We needed a taxi at 4am, they have (of course) booked it for us, and the reception stayed open for us that night. One more, the hotel, the room and the street especially look much better in reality than in the photos on booking.

If I have to say something negative, the internet connection was only by lan. They could give you a cable, but it is not useful if yo have an iPhone or smartphone, when you are on holiday.

Everything was pretty good. Some of the earlier comments stated that this 3-star hotel appears as 4-star. I should agree with this. I liked in this hotel a furniture, it made like in a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is god buffet breakfast in nearby caffe. The location is a real centre of Madrid. I am very satisfied in this hotel.

Highly recommended with a very simple and yet very nice breakfast. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant by the name " Museo de jamon " which is very famous among the tourists, try their food, it really taste yummy.

Al llegar me sorprendio la excelente hubicacion.La atención de las dos empleadas fue excelente.Mejor que en un hotel de lujo.Las habitaciones son pequeñas,pero nuevas y limpias.Calidad-precio es super. Volvere y les llevare un regalo a las dos empleadas que lo atienden

La ubicacion es excelente

Labhabitacion olia a viejo y del baño salian unos bichitos blancos.no habia nadie en recepcion y tenias que ir al hotek de enfrente.desayuno bastante batallero.

Relación calidad precio insuperable. El hotel está totalmente reformado, las habitaciones muy limpias y acogedoras.WIFI gratis. TV en las habitaciones. El desyuno muy completo y abundante. La ubicación: mejor imposible. Está en pleno centro a pocos pasos de los museos y monumentos más importantes. Lo aconsejo al 100% a todo el mundo.

Camera molto pulita anche se un po' piccola. Come è specificato dall'hotel i letti sono singoli e vengono accostati se chiedete la matrimoniale. Ottima la posizione infatti abbiamo girato sempre a piedi. Colazione a buffet molto varia. Lo consiglierei!!!

el hotel esta super bien, las habitaciones son maravillosas y un gran bagno. cuenta con todos los servicios que una persona desea para sus vacaciones y la ubicacion es extraordinaria, de verdad os recomiendo. el desayuno es optimo tienes dulce y salado.

Il albergo é molto centrico e pulito, buona atenzione e colazione ottima sopprattuto per il prezzo

il venerdi e sabato la zona é un po rumorosa di notte visto che ci sono diversi pub.
