|Hostal La Marina is a charming guest house by Ibiza’s port, just yards from the sea. It offers rooms with full heating and air conditioning and private bathrooms.|
Excellent location for main town Good value for money Some lovely reception staff Rooms basic but clean
Breakfast a bit poor A horrible drain smell in corridors One member of reception staff not very helpful
Very old hotel, no hairdryer in the room and neither in the whole hotel
It's exactly what you want from this kind of thing. Apart from the maids busting in everytime you're naked. Be sure to put the sign on the door before you go to sleep
Central location, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. There are better places, but you'll have to pay for them. Great for adult groups.
My expectations were met so no real negatives.
That they took me in even before my check in time. My super spacious room. Helpfull staff Super central
Pool are closed very early and opened too late. 10 to 6 only and sun set was at 9.30. Breakfast was Not very good. In fact it didn't look fresh.
our room as it was new
staff hotel facility cleanness
price very big
Hotel great location. Central and stone throw away from the port and ibiza town.
Air conditioning was not cold enough so room hot and sticky and they did not have fan. Said we had balcony but we didn't. Only doors that opened onto their sign.
location Pool (sort of) staff in reception were very nice
food rooms staff, wifi cleanliness of the room and communal area way to overpriced for this place its a very expensive YMCA
Breakfast very poor quality Breakfast time too early
Reception staff Noise Breakfast times Breakfast itself
Nothing was rubbish If you want a hotel near the strip this is a 40 euro taxi trip each way,
Women staff where rude, pool is tiny and people flick fags in it, Room is not what it looks like on photo very low budget! Beds where rock hard Hotel got dates wrong had pay loads extra Can stay near the main town for half the price
Location - next to the port, cafes and restaurant, city centre and transport. Bus stop only a minute walk to the end of the road. Swimming pool - plenty of sunloungers, never crowded, exercise machines available. Very clean, rooms cleaned to a high standard. Air conditioned rooms. Supermarket opposite.
Fairly pricey, but have to consider its' location. Breakfast buffet hours could be more flexible only 7am to 10am. Could extend it by an hour or two. No wi-fi in rooms, need to pay for it. The street the hotel is situated in looks a little run down.
Nothing!!! This place is literally hell on earth.
The location could not be better , walking distance to the old town and the port with access to restaurants shops and services. The premium rooms are neat and modern. The swimming pool is a plus for an hotel in Central Ibiza. Staff very professional and kind
It needs some renovation in the common area like the hall, breakfast and bar and the wing of the old apartments
Everything was great
Location excellent, staff excellent except for one unhelpful woman.
All staff were great except for one woman who did not want to print out our boarding passes. She mentioned that if they printed things out for guests they would be doing it all the time and they did not have time for that. Finally got her to do it but her attitude was bad and none of the 6 hotels we stayed at ever acted like her. No Wi Fi in the rooms which I could live with if they got rid of her.
Hotel is situated 100 m from the bus stop where you can get bus to the airport and to any part of ibiza. Also on this bus stop there is a discobus(3 euros) that takes you to all night clubs( pacha, priveledge, amnesia, san antonio city) and it works from 12 till 6 ( every 30 mins). Rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. Breakfast is from 7 till 10 ( what is bit early for people that go to night clubs and sleep for a long time). Staff is very helpfull. Near hotel you can buy tickets to all night clubs and there are lots of cafes and restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner. Hotel is 100 m from port and city centre so it's ideal for city walking. The only thing is that this hotel is very good for young people that come to party so it's not very quite at night. I would not recomend it for families and quite holiday.
Check in is a bit long but only because in summer this hotel is packed and there are lots of tourist that need help like you do.
- New rooms are a like from a complete different hotel. - The hotel is really close to the city
- Old rooms are nasty
For three ladies travelling on a budget, this hotel was perfect. It was basic but the staff were very helpful, breakfast was included in the price and it was a stone's throw away from all the amenities.
nothing, ONLY LOCATION
I did not get the room i paid for. i got a room that could only fit a midget and i specifically remembered the pic for the room i chose which was much bigger. i am extremely disappointed with booking.com and with El Puerto. not worth 100euro. more like 50euro trash hotel.
Location and breakfast
VERY poor facilities and the old rooms are super old!!!
Noisy Rooms not great
Its practical location. Ok for one night to get your bearings.
A bit noisy. One of the receptionists was a bit high and mighty. Expensive, bit this is Ibiza at high season. Difficult to find a good value hotel room in town if booked late. I booked this hotel by accident (didn't look at the cancellation policy) and paid the price.
