Nice bathroom, good views from the room, efficient hotel staff Compared to other places in Spain, Avila is wildly overpriced. El Rastro was nice, but not nicer than the hotel I stayed at in Toledo for 43 Euros including breakfast (compared to 65 euros).

Lovely, clean room with lots of character on a very quiet square and in a great location in the old city of Avila. Not easy to find, but no place is inside the walls of Avila. The taxi driver had no problem. The breakfast was extra, but a real bargain by Spanish standards. The staff is very accomodating and polite, but only enough English for limited requests.

Superb hotel in the heart of Avila. We had previously stayed at a 4 star hotel and this was comparable. Lovely huge room and good sized bathroom. Breakfast was 5 euros per head and was adequate.We got this hotel for an excellent price. I would recommend it as a base in the heart of Avila.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, amenities were modern, and everything was very clean and in good condition. There is not much soundproofing so I could hear my neighbors talking and walking around. This didn't affect my sleep or anything, it's just an observation.

La habitación era muy linda con colañas en el techo y grandes ventanales y se encontraba dentro de la muralla. Los espacios comunes eran muy pequeños y el desayuno un verdadero fraude: bollería embolsada y limitada y falta de variedad, vamos que no esperes encontrar ni un donut y ni un croassan reciente, ni una tortilla con bacon ni nada recién hecho, prefiero pagar el doble y gozar verdaderamente de un desayuno y así no decepcionarme ante la vista de un "buffet" que no llega a ser tal. Recomendaría este hotel pero desayunando en otro lugar.

Excelente ubicacion, a dos minutos de la zona comercial. Existe una zona de aparcamiento gratuito para coches en las inmediaciones. Respecto a la habitacion ( 301),es amplia y limpia asi como el cuarto de baño.El personal de hotel es agradable. El hotel es totalmente recomendable, yo repetiria sin duda. Unicamente decir, que las almohadas parecian cojines, es decir, eran pequeñas y les faltaba relleno.

Se oye todo, cuando lei los comentarios pensaba que era cuestion de que alguna gente es muy tiquismiquis. Pero no, efectivamente no exageraban. Arriba no se que C...hacían a las 9 de la mañana de un domingo y con el hotel a medio aforo que debía estar. Los ruidos del restaurante también se escucharon hasta que cerró.Por todo lo demás estuvo bien.

Nos ha encantado el hotel en general. Tiene buena ubicación, es muy bonito, el personal es excelente... Nuestra habitación era muy grande y contábamos con dos balcones (uno en el baño y otro en el dormitorio). Según nos contaron, cada habitación doble es diferente. Cuando íbamos a salir del hotel, nos encontramos con más personas que estaban pagando el hotel y sus comentarios eran muy parecidos a los nuestros. La impresión es que todo el mundo se iba encantado. Si volvemos a Ávila, repetiremos seguro.

Hotel muy acogedor, superó nuestras expectativas. Situación muy buena, dentro de las murallas. Habitaciones con mobiliario nuevo, los baños recién reformados también. Fuimos en invierno con un frío en la calle de unos 3ºc de media y dentro había una temperatura perfecta por todo el hotel. Personal muy agradable, servicial y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Si volvemos a ávila, repetiremos seguro en El Rastro. Nada malo que decir.
