Located in the heart of the old town. Very helpful staff and comfortable room.
Bottles of water available on each floor. Concierge service was excellent.
Room had a smell.

Room too small
Excellent staff. Very helpful. Good ambiance.
The fact that there is no proper access by car to the property.
staff excellent very friendly. courtyard beautiful
rooms a bit small. breakfast not brilliant. Cooked bacon and sausages poor quality and bread for toast too old.
The hotel is based around a beautiful cool courtyard, which is a big advantage as Jerez is very hot in summer. The rooms are a good size, clean and well decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it has a good location. Excellent value.
Occasionally the wifi was a bit slow in the bedroom.
The hotel is built around a Moorish style interior courtyard with the rooms looking down on the fountain in the middle.
The immediate vicinity is the pedestrianised area of the old city. This is difficult for those who require parking.
Breakfast included traditional foods in addition to hot and cold continental food. The rooms were comfortable and cool, despite the high temperature outside. Cold drinking water was regularly replenished. The jacuzzi and sun terrace, with its views, and the quiet courtyard was a welcome alternative to the bustle outside.
If you wish to leave the hotel early morning, you are unlikely to be able to have breakfast.
The hotel had lots of amenities and a great location. The staff was friendly and informative. Overall it was a perfect place to enjoy Seville and all of the sights the casco antiguo had to offer.
Hotel lived up to its pictures on the web. Beds very comfortable and great nights sleep. Free Bottled water excellent as it was very hot and we drank a few bottles whilst in the room. Air conditioning was fab after a full days sightseeing in very hot weather. The free 30 minutes per guest in the hot tub on the roof was amazing, book for the night time as you can see the citudela lit up, fabulous experience.
Only a small thing as it didn't bother us, there was a kettle but not tea, coffee of milk provided.
The whole experience was wonderful, once we parked the car! Our GPS went into a death spiral trying to guide us to the hotel's street address. Once we figured out that the car was not going yo accompany us the final few hundred yards, everything was great. Very helpful staff, very nice room, great location. The only downside was that we had scheduled only two nights at El Rey Moro. I hope to return.
Brilliant location, a short stroll to all main sights and places of interest. The free "rental" bikes provide an extra degree of freedom and fantastic opportunity to explore more very easily. Lovely rooms, with great aircon, very helpful staff.
Nothing to mention.
Great location, five minutes to the Cathedral. Very helpful staff, who go out of their way to help.
Room (casa20) was absolutely tiny. Quite difficult to spend the night.
Excellent Value for money. Free Drinks Free Water Inclusive Breakfast Free Wi Fi Free Bike Loan
They need to pare down the amount of furniture and pillows in the room. It made it difficult to deal with suitcases.
You are right in the centre of old Seville and can walk to all the main sights (although you will get lost at least once)
If you come by car, best park it somewhere safe and cheap and get a taxi to take you close to El Rey Moro. It is very hard to find the first time, and no cars are allowed in its street.
The hotel was in a good location and had a beautiful patio. The room was lovely and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a free two hour walking tour of Sevilla as well as time in the hot tub on the roof and the breakfast was quite good. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others.
We liked everything about this place and would love to stay here again.
fantastic oasis in the old centre. very characteristic and beautifully decorated. free bikes, nice staff. Highly recommended!
The location was so central and perfect to walk around the sites and narrow streets. The main indoor garden/lounge was rather unique and a restful place to be. The roof garden was great, restful and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room a little small. It was a nightmare to park the car, which is sort of expected because the location is so central. The car park cast was 20 euros per day which is expensive. So the two night stay cost 240 euros excluding breakfast or any other hotel service.
Welcome drinks open square
Limit welcome drinks to beer and house wine - should include cava sangria
Unique, authentic experience with lots of personal touches such as free use of bikes, nice amenities package, hot tub, free drink at restaurant
Nothing. Special experience & good value
Excellent location. Good value.
We arrived late in the evening and the only room looked out at people's feet....
Our room was lovely and the beds and pillow were very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and spa-like. The bath products were Lso very nice. The open areas were comfortable with plenty of choices of tables and chairs and lots of beautiful flowers. It was nice to have access to cold bottled water in the little computer room. We loved our stay.
It was a little noisy for sleeping in after 9am.
I really liked the decor, garden courtyard, table and chairs outside the room where we can eat and enjoy the weather. It was a pleasant stay. We also liked the cooled down free water.
Our room was a little bit cramped and the bed is not comfortable.
