- wonderfull and beatifull boutique hotel, - nice and friendly staff- thank U Rocio :) - perfect location, - modern, pretty and clean room, -animal friendly- we were travelling with our dog- in our room it was a welcome letter with her name, gifts- every thing for her - tasty breakfast, - lovely jacuzzi, - U can rent a bike for free :) We loved everything and for sure we will back there :)
It would be nice to have a parking but You can not have everything :) There is undergroud parking in Paseo de Catalina de Ribera, s/n 41004 Sevilla- 400m from the hotel (22euro for 24h)
The staff could have not done more to help with several requirements, including printing entry tickets for our next location. Complimentary bottled water was helpful.
Room was a bit "tight". Might have spent a little more if I had known the difference between a 'promo' room and a standard room.
We loved the location and the staff were very friendly.
The hotel was not nearly as nice as I thought it would be. I would not consider it a boutique hotel. It was nice but it was not what I expected for the price.
You can hear conversation from outside of your room, vice versa.
The staff were fabulously helpful and friendly the room was very comfortable albeit tight. The restaurant was excellent and the location perfect for enjoying the old town and major attractions.
Ambience and decoration, good breakfast
Can be tricky to find...
Brilliant staff wonderful hotel. We had a emergency back home the staff could'nt do enough to help us. 100% recommended this hotel and staff.
Location, architecture, helpful staff, breakfast, atmosphere, great value. And fantastic bars nearby.
Nothing at all. I'll be returning.
The bed was so comfortable, it was difficult to get out of it. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning thd room and organizing my toiletries daily. You can't beat the location.
The only complaint i had was even I received calls from the front desk when I had the do not disturb sign on my door to ask if I would like my room cleaned. Other than that the place was perfect.
Everything about this hotel was fantastic.
room & decoration atmosphere service free tour, free wifi, free bikes hot tub location
Great location, cleanliness, Wifi, lovely setting
The setting, the central patio, the room, the jacuzzi
The restaurant (stay away from it). Out of 3 nights, the jacuzzi was closed once ( for cleaning!?!?)
Quaint and colorful
Rooms and facilities too cramped
The hotel is gorgeous and its location is really great, just a few minutes of a pleasant walk to the Alcazar and the cathedral. Don't miss the free walking tour they provide. Breakfast is delicious!
The bed and the pillows deserves an improvement.
There's a jacuzzi on the top. The staff can speak very good English. There's also free bike offered.
The room is very small. Wifi is so poor.
The warmness of people.
Excellent location with great places to eat and drink nearby. Fantastic flamenco is also just around the corner. Excellent helpful staff
The sound of cases being wheeled at 5am
The enclosed patio was thoroughly charming. We liked being able to get great free coffee at their adjacent restaurant.
The lime-pea-green color of our room walls really grated. It was OK while we were asleep (eyes closed).
Loved the style of the hotel. Very easy to get to the hotel from San Sebastian, where we got off the bus. (Bus ticket from the airport cost €4/person)Hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly. Breakfast had quite a wide selection of foods. The hotel was very clean. Every night we got back to the hotel a fresh 1 l bottle of water was waiting for us. Early evening the maids came around and gave us a lollipop.
Wi-fi signal wasn't strong enough, very difficult to connect to. The bed was quite small even as a double.
Everything...especialy the hot tub on the roof in the evening....
The location was enchanting - through narrow winding streets in the heart of the Jewish Quarter - historic and authentic.
I liked the courtyard and the food service, the waiters were most helpful and polite. I liked the table and chairs at the front of my room, and the flowers on the table. All the other travelers were very friendly. The reception was very helpful. The bathroom was very clean.
the room was very, very small, the bed took up the whole room. The pictures online showed much larger size rooms. The breakfast was too expensive for 10 EU there was nothing special.
courtyard Opera in the courtyard Free tea Good breakfast Lovely atmosphere Traditional rooms
