Everything...especialy the hot tub on the roof in the evening....
The location was enchanting - through narrow winding streets in the heart of the Jewish Quarter - historic and authentic.
I liked the courtyard and the food service, the waiters were most helpful and polite. I liked the table and chairs at the front of my room, and the flowers on the table. All the other travelers were very friendly. The reception was very helpful. The bathroom was very clean.
the room was very, very small, the bed took up the whole room. The pictures online showed much larger size rooms. The breakfast was too expensive for 10 EU there was nothing special.
courtyard Opera in the courtyard Free tea Good breakfast Lovely atmosphere Traditional rooms
Superb Location. Lovely building with interesting decor in the rooms and public areas. Helpful and professional receptionist who gave us access to our room before normal check-in and as soon as it was made ready.
The hanging gardens in the courtyard, great location, extremely helpful staff.
Leaking water on floor in bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable.
Location great, very nicely designed. Beautiful decorations.
Had a rooftop level floor. Low water pressure. Pricy for what you get.
My stay was too short!
Problems dealt with promptly.staff delightful.location excellent.
The location is really nice and the breakfast was really good! Lovely atmosphere
Jacuzzi water was a bit dirty...
Close to all attractions. Very clean. Good accomodation. Parking not far from hotel. Room 28 quiet.
Blackout curtains are torn and need replacement in room 28. Supervision and management of breakfast should be improved, not enough staff and person cooking bacon and eggs akso take care of reception which means no one to help and facilitate your eggs and bacon! You have to be very patient.
Breakfast in the courtyard. Beds very comfortable.
Rooms a little small, but nicely decorated. Bathroom a bit "tired" could do with decorating.
Location Excellent hotel staff Ambience Facilities Cleanliness Boutique style and charm The "extras": welcome drink, walking tour, bikes, weigh scale for suitcases, Jacuzzi.....
Rooms were small, but very nicely furnished , very clean and seating outside the rooms gave you extra space. Noise. Because of the courtyard layout you can hear noise from fellow guests and rooms are not very sound proof. These for us are minor negatives that people should be aware of if these things bother them. It didn't spoil our stay at all.
Everything. Food , staff, atmosphere I finished the book I had, they had novels in English and I was able to swap mine for theirs. Fabulous place to stay.
Location, breakfast, free wifi, free guided tour offering, free bikes, jacuzzi on the rooftop
Our room was small but ok
Located in the heart of the old town. Very helpful staff and comfortable room.
Bottles of water available on each floor. Concierge service was excellent.
Room had a smell.

Room too small
Excellent staff. Very helpful. Good ambiance.
The fact that there is no proper access by car to the property.
staff excellent very friendly. courtyard beautiful
rooms a bit small. breakfast not brilliant. Cooked bacon and sausages poor quality and bread for toast too old.
The hotel is based around a beautiful cool courtyard, which is a big advantage as Jerez is very hot in summer. The rooms are a good size, clean and well decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it has a good location. Excellent value.
Occasionally the wifi was a bit slow in the bedroom.
The hotel is built around a Moorish style interior courtyard with the rooms looking down on the fountain in the middle.
The immediate vicinity is the pedestrianised area of the old city. This is difficult for those who require parking.
Breakfast included traditional foods in addition to hot and cold continental food. The rooms were comfortable and cool, despite the high temperature outside. Cold drinking water was regularly replenished. The jacuzzi and sun terrace, with its views, and the quiet courtyard was a welcome alternative to the bustle outside.
If you wish to leave the hotel early morning, you are unlikely to be able to have breakfast.
The hotel had lots of amenities and a great location. The staff was friendly and informative. Overall it was a perfect place to enjoy Seville and all of the sights the casco antiguo had to offer.
