The location was perfect , away from the bustle of the bar filled night spots but only a few minutes walk to everything . The decor is beautiful , artistic and the leafy patio a nice place to have a free cup of tea/coffee and use the Wi Fi . Helpful info at start about eating places for vegetarians . Thanks !

There arent any doors between the toilet and bedroom , just bead curtains ! prefer a bit more privacy ....

centre of town. Nice decoration. Nice staff. comfortable bed.

there is no door to the toilets (separated by curtain). It personally didn't bother me. Not cheap for two nights. No air conditioning so the windows were open all night (lots of mosquitoe bites)

The room was quirky yet comfortable enough for a short stay (we had the room with the balcony). The real gem was the recommendations from the staff, which gave us a wonderful whirlwind experience of Malaga. They guided us to the most amazing places for wining & dining, that we would have never found ourselves. It made the short stay a memorable one.

Driving around one-way streets to find suitable car parking was a bit of a chore, as the GPS really struggled to find it.

Nice and friendly staff, cozy and well furnitured rooms in old style. AC in room. Green and beautiful inner garden. Perfect location in the old town.

No privacy in bathroom as it was not fully isolated from the rest of the room. Old and not very functional shower. Water was some times pouring out on the floor into the room after showering. Hard to get dark in the morning as there was a roof window and the blind did not work. Full of mosquitoes in the night as the window had to be open to get some air.

    The location was nice.

The bathroom was very small and with the open shower everything became wet.

Cosy hotel with a special atmosphere, where each of the rooms is unique, decorated in Moorish style. Splendid patio. Very friendly and helpful personal of the hotel will make you feel at ease - they know the city and the surroundings very well and will give you valuable advices. Central location - you are in the heart of Malaga. If you decide to explore the city, the seaside, to hit the trails by biking, running, or walking - your location is simply perfect.

    Great location , quiet room.

Smell of cats in patio area, open plan toilet in bedroom, shore needed a good clean and did not work properly, no hand soap, only two small soap sachets between us for two days.

House was beautiful and traditionally Spanish with the interior courtyard and the owners were just as charming!!

No bathroom door, just a short roll down shutter.Although not a problem for other people, I would imagine in the height of summer perhaps...

A friendly and charmingly atmospheric hotel, superbly located near to the plaza del merced. The decor and furnishings are pure Riad chic; it is a little corner of Morroco in Malaga (and why not - the moors were here for 800 years !)

The room was a little cold in the January night, and it was hard to prevent the shower spilling over onto the bathroom floor. This would be less of an in issue in the warmer months.

Proximity to the historial centre. The free coffee. Non fussy independance that the hostal afforded. The helpfulness of the staff.

Bad odour from the plumbing. Room felt a bit cold/spartan. No drawers/no safety deposit box in the room. Okay for a short stay only.
