The hotel has a friendly staff and good food. The children (5 & 8) enjoyed the mini club and the heated pool. The room on the 6th floor had a great view and it was clean. Grounds are well kept. The hotel is a 15 min. taxi ride from the airport which is convenient, but the noise from the planes is quite load although not that frequent that it spoiled the stay.

Mini golf court and gym are not up to standard. There should be more parasols closer to the heated pool where typically families with children are. Mini disco should start earlier than 20.45 which is 21.45 for us from the continent. This would also mean that people without little children could enjoy their dinner without screaming kids as they would be on the dance floor...

Very Nice Hotel & the staff were fantastic. Great value for money, our room was overlooking the beach and was in a good location. A short & pleasant walk to the main town center. Quiet area. Also there was a shopping center literally next door. Handy for quick run's to the supermarket and a few restaurants. We were half board so basically all our food was catered for bar small lunch. In fact the food offering in the evening was excellent ! We are planning to return later in the year for another week. We had a very relaxing vacation.

Internet acces was a bit of a pain. You needed to go to the lobby to get access and even then it was very very slow..

room was fantastic, hotel was very modern and well equipt, lots of area around the pool, very clean and well maintained

the fact that all inclusive didnt cover everything in the hotel as in the mini golf, spa, tennis and table tennis.

We especially liked the food in the Rste., and the 'show cooking'.

That the gym was not equiped with treadmills. - We found that very unusual. After having fresh fruit juices at our first breakfast we were disappointed to find that on the 2nd morning there wasn't any! It would be wonderful if they could find a way of serving them every morning. Perhaps they could take something else off the buffet so as to afford the juices. Fresh juices are an absolute first for us, and they can't be beaten.

Cleaning of the rooms was not ok for me. Coffee and tea should be renewed once they have finished but wasn't done at all in our room, same goes for shampoo, shower gel etc in the bathroom. Additionally, bath towel for feet (which should be on the floor) was there when we arrived but afterwords was removed from the room and never brought back.

Location, gardens, weather, staff, food, wine, everything was perfect.

Internet access was very poor, Only got i n reception and there was so many people loggin in that it would tKe ages to upload.

Room was spacious and good looking with great seaview, pool area was nice, and there was a shopping center for daily shopping next to the hotel.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in them. We had a hald board, and had to pay for all drinks, even for water, during the dinner.

Food was really good other then the tucan bar, but still worth going all inclusive.

Elba Sara beach hotel was excellent all round. I have put "good" for location as there was a 15 minute walk to the resort centre, although this was not a problem as the taxi journey is less than 3 Euro at night and there is a free bus in the day. There is a small shopping centre next to the hotel with quality goods, so while we were a distance from the resort, there was always a shop nearby. Very nice environment, close to the beach and hotel service was excellent. Resort is much more pleasant than the commercial Corralejo.

All round package , the gym was not up to scratch , so the manager dave gave us 5 day pass for the sheraton gym . nice touch .

This is a comfortable hotel very suitable for families.The availibility of the shuttle bus service to the local golf club and resort centre was excellent .It is very close to a lovely small beach .

The dining room staff seemed to be under a lot of pressure and with a few exceptions were not very friendly .As this hotel is very suitable for families this leads to a lot of noise around the pool area .

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We went half board and the food was brilliant with a wide variety for both breakfast and dinner; there was even champagne on two of the four mornings we were there. The hotel is situated about a twenty minute walk or 4 euro taxi journey to the livelier Barcelo area but the walk along the coast is beautiful - However there is a shopping centre next door with a couple of bars, cinema and bowling alley and the hotel is a short walk from a unique little restaurant that is located on a walkway out in the sea with panoramic views of the ocean. The grounds surrounding the hotel were immaculate and the design spectacular, infact the hotel itself could be summed up in these words too. The staff were excellent representatives of the hotels high standards. I never normally write reviews, but felt absolutely obliged to after our amazing holiday here.

Wi-Fi signal samo v okrožju recepcije. Zelo majhna hitrost delovanja interneta. Stari Tv sprejemniki v sobah, ki niso v skladu s kategorizacijo hotela. Pogrešal fitnes

в отеле понравилось абсолютно все! очень радушный персонал. для примера - авиакомпания потеряла наш багаж, так портье сандра, которая работала все дни, что мы были там, курировала этот вопрос. только с ее помощью удалось получить чемодан обратно. территория отеля большая, много места для всех, удобная система с пляжными полотенцами, вкусная еда. у всех номеров вид из окна на океан, очень красиво. каждый день и вечер есть какие-то развлечения, можно ехать как с детьми, так и с друзьями. рядом с отелем есть остановка общественных автобусов, можно съездить за небольшую сумму в разные части острова. также рядом есть торговый центр с супермаркетом. я бы отелю даже 5 звезд дала.

Accueil et réception médiocre.

El hotel en si la ubicacion y la hospitalidad. La comida bien tambien y el ocio como la piscina etc estupenda.

En la habitacion pocos canales en español.

La ubicación y el diseño

Que no esté más enfocado a Españoles, en horarios, porque a partir de las 14 horas o de las 21 horas el Buffet escaseaba o faltaban platos que reponer. Las bebidas incluidas eran de una calidad bastante mala, sería mejor acortar el TI y poner más calidad, y la comida entre horas no era tal, nunca había practicamente de nada o eran horas sólo enfocadas al turismo Internacional.
