Elcano  

This hotel is well-positioned for people who want to visit the attractive beaches of East Malaga . There is a bus stop just a few metres from the hotel and a regular bus service can take you from there into Malaga city-centre (Buses 11 and 34 go to Alameda Principal). There is also a less frequent service(Bus 260) to the delightful Spanish resort of Rincon de la Victoria, which is well worth a visit. In the other direction, the 260 stops at the main rail and bus stations in central Malaga. The Hotel Elcano is very clean and comfortable and the staff are cheerful, helpful and respectful. It has a real Spanish flavour to its decor and has a pleasant conservatory in which breakfast and light meals can be ordered.

Room was clean

No facilities couldn't even make a drink in the room. Kept awake all night on one occasion by argument from what appeared to be the staff room with crockery being broken voices raised etc. Would not stay there again, although it was cheap other hotels offered more for the same money

Great apartment, perfect location, spotlessly clean great value for money what more could you want?

Good transport to the city center. Nearby beach. Cute neighborhood.

Esta cercano a la playa ( 100 metros).Barrio pesquero con playas aceptables y muchos chiringuitos a buen precio. Bien comunicado con el centro de Malaga tanto de día como de noche, hay autobus nocturno. Buen trato de la chica de recepción que nos guardo las maletas una vez que dejamos la habitación.

El detalle que no nos gusto es la falta de insonorización con respecto a las tuberias del agua que hacen bastante ruido. Esto es solo problematico cuando al huesped de al lado le da por ducharse a las 3 de la mañana. Por lo demas todo bien.

Limpio y reformado. Familiar y cuidado

En la planta de abajo las cañerias de duchas, e incluso en pasillos y escaleras se oye mucho el ruido. Si esto ocurre a ciertas horas de la mañana es molesto.

Su localizacion es estupenda y el personal lo mejor.la chica de la mañana muy simpatica.

Personnel accueillant chambre très propre petit hôtel de charme

Me ha gustado el trato tan hospitalario del personal, la limpieza y la ubicación.

En las habitaciones falta un poco de mobiliario, como por ejemplo una mesa con una silla, donde trabajar con un ordenador portatil.

Ottima posizione sul mare. Di fronte ha la fermata del bus 11 che porta in centro. Per la notte passa il bus n1, stessa fermata.la spiaggia offre fino alle 2 del mattino ristoranti e pub a due passi dall'hotel. In città si arriva a vivere fino all'alba, se si impara a trovare I vari club. Splendida vacanza.

Unico aspetto negativo l'uso della carta di credito per aprire le porte

Ich war 2003 schon einmal dort für 4 Tage. Für mich ist die Lage massgebend: in der Nähe vom Strand (zu Fuss in 10Min.) und von Bekannten in Malaga. Auch das Zentrum ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist klein, hübsch und gepflegt. Für mich wäre es sicher nicht ein Hotel das ich für längere Ferien buchen würde. Es ist sauber, zweckmässig und die Angestellten sind sehr nett. Für eine kurze Zeit, wenn man vor allem draussen ist, absolut ok!
