The apartment, though a little bare, had good quality fittings and bathroom facilities. Agree with other guest about it being a little souless though. Yes, there were only 4 dining chairs in a 6 bed apartment but there were also the patio chairs to use. The kitchen had a dishwasher and washing machine (liked the few tablets to start us off) Liked the feeling of security the shutters on all the windows gave. Also liked the free area near the pool which had tables and chairs which was under a huge canvas but would have been nice to have had table tennis set up there. Loved the pool which looked very clean and well maintained. The area? really enjoyed walking down to the main areas each evening to stroll around or sit in a pavement bar and watch the world go by. The beach was lovely and the dining was just wonderful (with no after effects) Rubbish is recycled on the road in huge bins sunk under the pavement so there was no rubbish anywhere to be found. Enjoy the peacocks strutting about in the field across the road.

Sadly, there was quite a lot. The description implies there is a reception area - there isnt. Keys are collected from a company called Serviden (back to the main beach road, turn left and a couple of 100 metres down there on the left) but unless you have keys, you cannot access the complex. I couldnt find the Serviden offices online before I left UK so hoped the Reception desk would solve that so were stumped when we arrived to find there wasn't one. Rang Serviden when we got there and finally sorted. We were in block 11 on the first floor and though it looks a quiet part of Denia - it isnt. Traffic continually passes from sunrise to sunset every few seconds there is anything from a scooter to a HGV going past so unless you are used to it, it spoils everything. Apartment is advertised as air conditioned but only the main room has that luxury. The bedrooms do not and if you have the window open (shutters down) at night the aircon machine is rattling away on the balcony together with the traffic going past. There are certain periods of the day and night where quiet is supposed to be maintained, we saw very little sign of this courtesy and the apartments are not well insulated from each other. Every window shutter was horrendously noisy to open. There are only 4 sunbeds around the pool area which quickly get snapped up so you need extra towels to sit on. No sign of umbrella's.I couldnt find any sign of a childrens playground but there was a small soft play area next to where the sauna and internet rooms were.
