Location in the old city. Well appointed rooms

Welcoming, warm and friendly staff. Exact attention given to a dietary requirement. Accessablr to the main road and public (bus) transport. Beautiful surroundings, nice open-air terrace for eating breakfast - with wonderful views. Shaded garden for evening drinks and snacks.

Family who run the hotel have a very large dog, which might scare some people. But we had no problem with the dog. The main car park for the town is beside the hotel, so it can be noisy at night as people return to their cars. No elevator and a flight of stone stairs to reception.

We had a very pleasant stay at this inn, and would recommend it to almost anyone. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The public rooms and the grounds of the inn are particularly lovely. Thr village of Besalu, where the inn is located, is of course worth a trip by itself. We felt we received very good value for the price, and for travelers visiting Catalonia, we would recommend this inn warmly.

Superb location with excellent views of the town, close to the ancient bridge. Lovely balcony where we had breakfast, overlooking a nice garden.

Finding it was hard, since the directional advice on the website sent us to the wrong side of the river. It would have been helpful to have a lift to get the suitcases up to the floor where the room was, but in an older house this may not be easy. It is rather pricey for what it is and where it is; we paid about the same for a plush place in Madrid.

Location is great , very quiet hotel , primary reason for staying at the hotel was the restaurant which was indeed very poor probably as we were the only guests both main courses were totally inedible compounded by even being charged for them !! not good . Hotel is beautifully furnished , we had a room with terrace which was lovely

Trato excelente. Te hacen sentir como en familia. Un lugar acogedor, ideal para relajarse visistando Besalú y aprovechando las instalaciones del.hotel. Regrsearé en cuanto tenga ocasión

A parte de tener una habitación muy grande con balcón desde el q se podía ver el pueblo y el famoso puente, hay varias salas comunes donde puedes estar también, como por ejemplo, una sala con chimenea tipo biblioteca y otra que tenía una mesa llena de juegos de mesa donde te podías relajar y jugar

La verdad es q todo correcto, quizá un precio más económico :)

La limpieza y la libertad

Creo que es demasiado caro. Claro que va en consonancia con el pueblo.carisimo todo. La crisis no ha llegado a besalú

Me gustó el trato tan familiar y la atención d las personas q trabajan allí.Además tiene unas vistas privilegiadas d Besalú,los jardines son maravillosos,tanto a mi pareja como a mí nos encantó.

¡¡Cuidado!! Se organizan banquetes nocturnos de boda con discoteca al aire libre en un jardín contiguo al hotel (el que daba a mi ventana). La fiesta duró hasta las 5.15 de la mañana. Podréis oír gritos de viva los novios, salsa y canciones retro(Congratuletion, , Para hacer bien el amor hay que venir al sur, etc.). Lo peor de todo es que el hotel no avisa de ello, dando la posibilidad de anular la reserva. Tuvimos que sufrir minuto a minuto y hora a hora aquella tortura, sin poder dormir, y la responsable en el hotel no dió importancia a nuestra queja. Por supuesto, vamos a denunciar.

L'hôtel se situe dans une ancienne grande demeure particulière chargée d'histoire et pleine de charme, avec une vue splendide sur le très beau pont de Besalu, les rives de la Fluvia et la ville médiévale. Les dix chambres sont grandes, aérées, peintes de jolies teintes pastel, on s'y sent immédiatement bien. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous les frondaisons de la terrasse, avec vue sur les collines environnantes. Dernier avantage : on est tout près à pied mais très légèrement à l'écart de la vieille ville, très animée le soir en été. Une adresse rare (pas facile à trouver car l'enseigne est très discrète) et absolument exquise.

Não é um hotel barato,mas tem uma localização excelente sobre a ponte de Besalu,que é uma aldeia encantadora e,à noite,é uma aldeia mágica.A Senhora que nos recebeu (e já para além da hora do check-in) foi muito simpatica e acolhedora (penso que é a proprietária).Hotel com boas zonas de lazer e com possibilidade de aceder a uma boa biblioteca.

O pequeno-almoço (até pelo preço-8 euros) poderia ser um pouco melhor.

M'ha agradat sobretot el tracte amb el personal I l'entorn. Molt tranquil.

Uitstekende locatie naast de oude brug en (via die brug) vlakbij het centrum van Besalu. Gemakkelijk parkeren op loopafstand.

Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación, tambien la estructura del hotel , ya que no es la distribución típica de un hotel y tiene unos toques muy particulares y diferentes. El personal del hotel te hace sentir muy cómodo y relajado.

眺めのいい暖炉のあるラウンジがあり雰囲気がよかったです。 スタッフもフレンドリーで、朝食の場所からの眺めもよかったです。 バスタブが二人で入れるくらい広かったです。

フロントが２階にあるのですが、エレベーターがないです。
