A beautiful location looking over Arcos reservoir. The garden is very peaceful and so is the hotel itself The standard rooms are very small with oppressive decoration - dark brown wood and ochre paint. We were offered the opportunity to upgrade ourselves which we refused. The swimming pool is small and very deep and difficult to exit with only 2 steps which you need to haul yourself up to. It would not suit elderly people. My major dislike was the way my bill was organised. To start with 1€ had been deducted from my credit card several days in advance which could have caused me problems with the card fraud department. The bill itself took no account of this and also charged vat 8% on my stay and on a breakfast that was not taken. The breakfast was deducted but I had to ask for the vat to be refunded.I Would urge anyone staying here to check their bill extremely carefully. Although I have now received an apology and an offer of an upgrade and a free bottle of wine on my next stay I would not be tempted to return.

Dit hotel was werkelijk fantastisch, prachtige locatie, alles perfect verzorgd, mooi uitzicht. De eigenaresse was erg gastvrij en nodigde ons uit om in de zomer terug te komen, dan kan je tot 5 uur 's nachts buiten in de tuin naar de sterren blijven kijken en zwemmen.

Etablissement familial. Personnel agréable et souriant. Très bon rapport qualité/prix du restaurant. Endroit calme offrant une jolie vue sur Arcos de la Frontera. Chambre un peu petite

Als goed beoordelen wij de: - de service, men was zeer attent - de hartelijke ontvangst - er werd goed schoongemaakt - behulpzaam bij informatie en hulp bij reserveringen Het is eerder een verblijfplaats voor een paar dagen dan onze keuze voor 5 overnachtingen Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding In tegenstelling tot de kamerfoto bij boeking op internet was de kamer niet al te groot en was de badkamer klein. Prijstelling voor ontbijt en diner is te hoog Diner is niet gastronomisch maar goed burgelijk van kwaliteit

Rustig gelegen, aan de rand van Arcos de la Frontera. Vlotte bediening voor het avondeten doordat de keuze van het menu voor 19 u 's avonds moet doorgegeven worden aan de receptie.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le caractère de l'hotel ainsi que la détente le soir dans la piscine après une journée étouffante. Petite piscine ronde entourée de chaises longues avec vue dégagée sur la campagne environnante très calme. Jolies chambres. Les chambres étaient petites. Hotel un peu isolé.

Cette "hacienda" est situé à 7 kms d'Arcos de la Frontera, mais le calme et la vue sur la campagne et le lac sont un atout pour y séjourner plusieurs jours. Elle est environnée par plusieurs centaines d'hectares de culture. Elle possède une petite piscine. C'est un peu difficile à trouver mais avec un système de navigation dans la voiture, on y arrive et dès votre arrivée, vous êtes accueilli par la propriétaire des lieux qui se fait un plaisir de vous faire visiter les lieux. De plus elle s'exprime en français. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et sont climatisées (ce qui est indispensable au mois d'août lorsque la température dépasse les 40°). Par contre, pas de minibar, ni coffre fort. Les salles de bains sont bien aménagées. Un seul reproche, il n'y a pas de barre pour se tenir lorsque vous prenez votre douche et de poignées pour se sortir du bain. Une séparation en verre, plutôt qu'un rideau désuet serait plus agréable. Le dîner est servi dans le joli patio. La nourriture y est correcte et le service impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est servi devant la piscine panorama splendide. Je recommande cet établissement pour un séjour tranquille et reposant. Il n'y a pas de critique, à part les petits détails de la salle de bain.

Bij dit hotel dubbel gevoel. Fantastisch en bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Luxe verblijfplaats voor mensen die duidelijk meer wensen te besteden. Echter wanneer je een aanbieding Boekt men voor een kamer van 35 Euro, dan blijkt deze een voor de gemiddelde mens een te klein bed te hebben dat tegen de muur aanstaat. Slecht slapen is het gevolg.Bij een upgrade naar wel een hele goede kamer komt er dan wel 25 Euro bij. Dit is niet wat je verwacht van een speciaal aanbod.

wunderbare ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die weite Landschaft ( nichts für Leute die unbedingt "Aktivitäten" in direkter Nähe suchen ) sehr nettes, aufmerksames aber nicht aufdringliches Personal

Excelente propiedad. Trato cercano. Habitaciones individualizadas,tranquilo, cuidado, acogedor.Buena relación calidad/precio.Edificio con encanto propio. Ideal para escapada y desconectar. Personal cualificado y atento. El precio del desayuno, aunque comprensible.

El edificio y la tranquilidad La especificación de las habitaciones en booking, no corresponden a lo que reservas. Informe al personal del hotel, para que no pusiese los detalles de la suite, cuando reservas, habitación doble superior.
