This glamorous hotel is situated on Getxo’s elegant Paseo Zugazarte. Rooms have a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and décor inspired by the 1920s. All overlook the sea or hotel garden. There is a beautiful raised terrace overlooking the harbour. The hotel interior is tip-top designer chic. The staff are friendly and proffessional. the food was excellent, good quality and a fair price. There are several different places inside and out where you can sit in the shade/sun/air-con and be quiet or socialable. The location was convenient being close enough to walk to shops/bridge/beach/metro It was nice to stay in one of the famous converted mansion houses. no soap in the bathroom

It was quiet at night and we had a nice view. We had a large room (we booked it and payd for it). But they managed to put so many things in the room, so we had nearly no place to put our luggage. They devided the room in two with a screen and furniture, two tv-sets and I don't no how many lamps, on the floor and on the wall. There are no restaurants or café's in the neighbourhood, so we had to dinner in the hotel. Food was absolutely not worth the price you had to pay. Breakfast was very poor and cost 15 euros.

Все реально отлично! Ничего нет лучше для романтической встречи. Кровать - мечта. Номер чистейший, большой и очень грамотно обставленный. Вид из окна просто Люкс. Мы выбрали улучшенный номер с видом на залив. О Супер! Очень редко встречается именно такой высококлассный сервис. Рекомендую и еще раз Рекомендую! Ничего отрицательного просто не нашел.

Nos gusto mucho el hotel, en especial el cuarto # 1 ya que tiene tambien una linda terraza con vista al mar... El personal es muy atento. Estuvimos en fin de semana y justo toco que habia boda y otro dia un bautizo y fue interesante ver como lo viven aqui en España estos eventos ¡¡ Esta muy bien ubicado ya que tienes el Metro a 5 minutos...

Excellent établissement et accueil . Qualité du personnel, de très bon conseil. Situation géographique en bord de mer et proximité d'un tram pour se rendre directement au centre de Bilbao et ses musées, sachant que sa voiture bénéficie du parking de l'hôtel.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Hotel is well located in Getxo with an easy 10 minute walk to the tube station (25 minutes on the tube to central Bilboa) and a very easy walk to the old port and to the hanging bridge. Great restuarants and bars all within easy walking distance. The hotel has very easy access to the motorways (15 mintutes by car into Bilboa) The additional charge for car parking was a bit excessive.

- La ubicacion excellente - Personal agradable - Los 2 dias hubo eventos (bodas, comuniones) en el hotel y al ser pequeño habia mucho ruido. - las habitaciones muy calurosas y no funcionaba el aire - la comida regular

Toallas enanas Mandos ducha complicadisimos Mala iluminacion en habitacion y cafeteria Falta un buen restaurant El estilo Art Nouveau no pega con la casa: la decoración debía haber seguido el estilo de la obra de Smith

Sa situation, avec accès direct à la promenade du bord de mer, sa terrasse, son parking privé. L'isolation, sifflement des tuyauteries (on est dérangé par les tuyauteries des chambres voisines). Bien vérifier sa facture en partant : des consommations au minibar nous avaient été rajoutées d'office. Le petit dejeuner est servi tard en we (a partir de 8h30, mais il faut attendre 9h pour avoir du choix).

Die Lage ist unschlagbar; toller Blick aufs Meer. Der Ort Getxo ist ebenfalls sehr schön und Bilbao ist mit der Metro super zu erreichen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht in Ordnung; für den Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.
