Guest rooms have LCD TVs, terraces facing the sea, free Wi-Fi and décor inspired by the 1920s. Hotel Embarcadero is set in a former Basque mansion in Las Arenas, in the heart of the coastal town of Getxo. There is easy transportation to central Bilbao via Gobela and Areeta Metro Stations. Traditional Basque cuisine is served at the Embarcadero’s cafe-restaurant. There is also a gift shop. Private parking is available on site at the Embarcadero. The location was excellent - overlooking the port, promenade directly in front and just a short hop to Bilbao. We were able to walk to the metro in less than 10mins and the service to the centre was superb. The hotel was very contemporary with a lovely outdoor eating/drinking area and balcony overlooking the sea where you could sit and watch the world go by. The staff were very helpful and a delightful receptionist guided us through our trip into the city. On site, secure car parking a bonus as we had rented a car for our stay in Spain. Highly recommend this hotel. Few people dined in the hotel so menu limited but nevertheless still good. Most it would seem dine out.

Personal en general y en especial el encargado del bar (encantador). Si no me gustara no lo elegiría siempre que voy a Bilbao. No; aunque pienso que debían impartirr un máster para dar las luces de la habitación.

Me gusto el hotel, la ubicación, la decoración y el trato agradable Me parece que se aprovechan del lugar en el que esta situado para cobrar excesivamente por todo: necesidad de parking, suplemento vista mar, etc por lo que la relación calidad/ servicios- precio no es buena

La ubicaci'on del hotel La habitacion era muy pequena para el precio y la categoria que se supone que tiene el hotel. Tenia una forma estrecha y la persona que dormia en el lado derecho de la cama tenia que saltar casi por encima para salir, ya que no habia espacio para dar la vuelta (a los pues de la cama esta la ventana). El cuarto de bano era muy incomodo (aunque casi mas grande que la habitacion), con un lavabo enano en el que no podia apoyarse nada. En general, nos llevamos una decepcion porque por 185 euros esperabamos una habitacion de mas categoria y esta no lo cumplia en absoluto. O eso, o nos metieron en la peor habitacion del hotel, aunque por el precio la peor tendria que ser mejor... El desayuno tampoco es para echar cohetes. Un hotel sobrevalorado en el que pagas la ubicacion, que es maravillosa. En otro entorno seria impensable el exito que tiene.

El emplazamiento es fantastico,el paseo una delicia, el trato del personal es magnifico, es un hotel con mucho encanto para parejas. Bueno ni que decir de su cocina, de lo mejorcito de bilbao. Lo recomiendo por su tranquilidad, un acierto haberlo escogido para pasar unod dias.

Le calme, le charme des lieux, l'architecture et la déco et le confort de l'hôtel. Surtout la qualité remarquable du service, les conseils touristiques donnés par le "concierge". Un luxe discret.Tout ce qu'il faut pour visitr bilbao

Lo mejor del hotel la terraza con vistas al club nautico y al mar. Lo único la habitación no era excesivamente espaciosa y tenías la nevera al lado de la cama que hacia un poco de ruido.

L'emplacement sur le passeo face au port et entre le centre ville et les plages. La qualité (gustative) du petit déjeuner et du restaurant. La rénovation moderne et le caractère "cosy" de cet hôtel de 27 chambres. Les différents salons et la terrasse. Personnel disponible. La Wifi gratuite. Absence de piscine et/de hammam.

Realmente acojedor; un diseño exqusito en enttorno incomparable. Es mas caro que la media de la zona, si bien la diferencia es notable, se prodía decir que es mas un 5 estrellas que de 4.
