Location was perfect, fantastic bar with Flamenco dancing nearby. Breakfast perfect with plenty to choose from.
Location was good and the breakfast fine. Staff very efficient and friendly
It was not made clear that the bells in the adjacent cathedral chimed on the hour etc which disturbs your sleep (despite ear plugs being offered by the hotel). Also that the car valeting service required 3/4 hr to get the car
The staff are lovely; very helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room has high quality finishing.... and of course the view of the cathedral is great!
The room we had was small and overlooked a street which was quite noisy at night. It didn't help that the room had no air conditioning! The water pressure in the shower was poor and in a bath so difficult for persons with mobility issues. Frankly it has some way to go before it could be considered 5*
Bathroom was good
Access is incredibly difficult Windows open on a wall Bedroom layout awkward Inside shutters cant open completely. When open they are dangerous or stay in the dark Bedroom down stairs difficult with luggage
Dark cool interior was very welcoming after a hot day of touring. Modern decor. Roof bar was cool and breezy but was a bit crowded.
Noise outside the window, 24 hrs a day. To stay on the street side, you have to be a very sound sleeper.
Small room for the money. Hot tub so over chlorinated ruined swimwear! Bells from cathedral are ridiculously loud. Offered ear plugs but you would need to be deaf for it to joy bother you Don t take room 320. You might as well be sleeping in the bar!
Location is really good with the rooftop bar looking over the floodlit cathedral. Great tapas restaurants all around.
The location is fantastic and the restaurant amazing.
Noise from the adjacent street on some nights was unbearable... Especially when bars along the street are cleaning up/ closing up for the evening. Trying to fall asleep before 2am was impossible!
location was perfect, very central for exploring. hotel was beautiful and the facilities were excellent. the staff were all very attentive and made you feel very welcome. they did everything they could to make sure the weekend away was perfect.
this isnt really a negative so much as pointing out the obvious- its a hotel right by the cathedral. the bells go off at regular intervals. if you're a light sleeper, then take advantage of the free ear plugs on offer!! we just thought it was funny being woken in the morning by the bells.
Location Ambience Helpful and friendly Staff
Perfect location with a terrace and view to the cathedral. Perfect. The restaurant is perfect and with the best view ever.
location rooftop terrace and pool friendliness of staff
rooms could do with a bit more storage space for clothes unfortunate construction work on the cathedral in early morning
Location was excellent and the hotel very stylish with great customer service.
The room was a little dark.
Interest shown by staff in our well being
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are specious , and smartly designed. Can't ask for a better location since it's just in front of the Geralda, and the alcazar. We fully enjoyed the stay , and if we were to come back to Sevilla , we would stay here again.
The breakfast is fair , would have wanted more variety.
Very central in the city Luxurious Rooftop pool Friendly staff Delicious breakfast
Very expensive parking per day Extremely hard to find the hotel while driving through the city with the rented car
Location could not be any better. Staff we're very friendly and very good.
The rooftop drinks area was awkward to access, and the restaurant was not open to staying guests all the time.
The location is just superbe as is the hotel. The patio is fantastic and a great place to start the day with a good breakfast. The spa is small but excellent for a boutique hotel, the same goes for the pool. The rooms were fabulous, lots of space.
The staff was somewhat distant and slow. We were there for 7 days and even at the 5th day they asked for my birthday to give me access to the elevator.
Beautiful location, gorgeous rooms, excellent service. Remember to stop at the hotel and don't drive past into the pedestrianised area... the hotel staff will park your car for you :) In fact, if arriving by car, be sure to call ahead and advise about the car. The rooftop bar looks out over the amazing cathedral, though look out for the pricey drinks.
€25 for two Mojitos, which weren't even very good Mojitos at the rooftop bar.
I stayed there for 2 weeks and half. Eme hotel is at a good spot to go to all places like a tablao, shopping and museums. Hotel staffs are very friendly. It was my 3rd time stay there. I love eme, my kind of hotel that is.
It is a little noisy at midnight outside, but soon I got used to it.
Fantastic location, with great views from the roof top. Good variety for breakfast and good service from staff.
Wifi didn't work, but this was resolved within 24 hrs. The roof top set menu meal was expensive for what it was, but the view is beautiful! The massage only lasted 30 minutes, not the full hour as expected.
The chosen staff and nice atmosphere of the boutique hotel
The big diference between my room and my dauhter´s
swiming pool / rooftop localisation staff
I like the location and the view we had from our room at the third floor, that cathedral is very nice. The breakfast was great and I liked the staff alot.
We were that the third floor, that was where the ventilation from the kitchen is. We didn't like that fact that you smell all of the odeurs from the kitchen from in our room when we opened the doors to go to the terrace
We loved the location of the hotel, the rooms very great, as well as the facilities in the hotel. Staff were very helpful and all very friendly.
