Great hotel for the price. Quite, clean rooms and helpful staff

The rooms were fine and up-to-date, the location very close to public transport systems, the staff very resourceful.

The cleaning service could be improved, but nothing serious.

The staff was very nice and the hotel had an excellent location.

The air conditioning wasn't working and it was very hot. Also, the cleaninf staff left did't collect some empty bottles that the last guests had left in the fridge.

although wireless internet was free, it didn't work very well. and the hotel was bit far away from the center of the city and from the metro.

The best locaton, quiet, clean(sheets changing every day!!!) the people working there serius and will always help, next to 2 metro , and the best prise-quality choise. I am very pleased.

Breakfast very nice with variety,though 12euro per person is too much,espesially when 2 ppl are eating its 24e !!! ...wasnt worth it... that was the only negative i guess

The rooms were new and very clean

Only one thing did not work: we had asked for a room with a double bed and a sigle bed for our nephew and a cradle for our 1-year old child. They told us they did not have those kind of rooms but then we discovered they have! Not a huge problem but our room did not have the extra bed on the night of arrival (and they had to find one at 2.00a.m.!).

Beautiful classical style building, very tastefully modernised, lots of architectural character, well maintained.
