Breakfast is Ok. Clean. Calm. Internet fast.
Location, close to Metro and Bus and very nice area.
very Small TV, missing of free refreshment inside the room like team, coffee. at time of booking via booking.com, i asked to remove any alcoholic item from mini bar but no one takes action at all.
Good, quiet location and very clean rooms.
The hotel lacks any outside areas and does not have much ambience. No room service menus, no view, no local supermarkets. No parking - you have to pay about 30 euros a day to use a nearby multi-storey. The bar and restaurant are a bit soulless. OK for an overnight business stop.
Close to Bernabeu, very good transportation options, excellent staff.
Smell of the hallways, dirty carpets, very old furnish, bad beds, old windows without good isolation, old bath and water with low presure
Good location for bars, restaurants, shops and museums. Check in and check out were efficient.
Food in restaurant was average, breakfast was sufficient but nothing out of the ordinary. The bed was awful, shiny mattress cover meant I slipped around all night and the bed was on wheels so every time I leaned against the wall (there was no headboard) the bed went rolling across the room. There was no balcony and the view was overlooking the backs of buildings with garbage and building materials. The booking form said there would be a 'welcome gift' but there wasn't one. There were no porters available to help with luggage. I would not stay here again.
The hotel is very good in terms of location since it is very near to the metro so that you can easily get to the old city.
It was good in terms of room being spacious, cleanliness, reception was fairly friendly.
Wifi was not very strong and kept disconnecting.
They charge for the wifi
Overall a good overnight stay - Broadband was fast and no connection issues
Despite an initial misunderstanding (I received a twin bed room instead of a double bed room), I was quickly relocated to the booked room. But be careful that in heavy season this might not be immediately possible.
Be careful when booking in english. &Quot;Double bed" will be interpreted by spanish staff as "Twin bed room"
It was a decent hotel. Easy to get around town from. The baby bed was very good quality and comfortable.
The bathroom was smelly. We had two single beds. It was an ok place to stay...
The location was good, breakfast was amazing and the hotel looked nice (from the outside).
Room was very small, all the same color (light brown) everywhere (floor, walls, ceiling, bed, furniture). Bathroom was dirty full of hair we had to call to be cleaned again. Bed cover/blanked spanish style - smelled bad and looked dirty.
Breakfast:too many people for too few tables
The location is good
We wake up at 8:30 with a machine working that remained for 2 hours, first we tought it was a vacumm cleaner but then we realize we were assignen a room close to some tecnical room .
Free Internet means no internet at all? I'd rather pay for a fee for ensured quality rather than being offered free access but has access on and off every 5 minutes, or 5 seconds. The mini bar was down from the moment we checked in. The staff at the reception didn't record our room number but told us to come back the next morning.. Is it service from a 4-star hotel?
i benefited from an upgrade.
I was mainly there since it was close to the US embassy. However, the hotel was decent enough with comfortable rooms and good facilities.
Kindness of staff, especially Mr. Julian at the reception and the lady that hadlled the check in late evening on Thursday, September 5.
Room was not fully equipped for two persons but the issue was rapidly resolved.
