Facing the sea and near Palma, this hotel has a perfect position for enjoying the sun, sea and sand of Mallorca. Enjoy swimming in the pool and eating in the restaurant. Cool off from Mallorca’s glorious sunshine in the Encant’s outdoor pool. Later, enjoy a meal in the buffet restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also have a refreshment in the cafe or on the poolside terrace. Have fun in the game room before heading to the Encant’s bar. The Encant has an unbeatable position on the beach meaning you are footsteps from a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean and can easily access the seafront promenade for a pleasant walk with fantastic views. Breakfast was very good, a lot of stuff to choose. Kind personel, clear rooms. - Wireless internet working only in the lobby - Hard to sleep with loud guests in other rooms - no AC in the room

Det som man gillar med Encant är väl läget. Nära strand och busshållplats. Lätt att ta buss till Palma direkt utanför hotellet. Sängarna var ganska bra men med plast kring madrassen som kändes när man rörde sig. Det som vi framförallt reagerade på var maten, enkelt och smaklöst. Vi har tidigare bott på två andra trestjärniga hotell efter Playa de palma som haft betydligt godare mat med många rätter att välja bland. Dessutom var det bara en man som skötte avplockning mm. Restaurangen var nere i källaren. Rummen var små. Det ena rummet hade ett gammalt slitet badrum med uråldrig toalett. Vår sons rum var lite moderniserat men luktade gammal rök och något annat obestämbart.Den lilla tjocktv-n testade vi aldrig då man måste lägga en avgift för att få fjärrkontrollen i receptionen!

In der 9. Etage atemberaubender Blick über den gesamten Strand von Arenal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (für Anfang Mai unschlagbar) Unfreundliche, unflexible Mitarbeiter der Rezeption. Zimmer (Doppelzimmer) war so klein, da man nicht ohne weiteres die Zimmertüre öffnen konnte. Man stösst direkt am Bett an. Mini-TV mit Fernbedienung gegen Kaution. Wie im Mittelalter.

Hotel war in Ordnung. Waren auf Clubtour da. Hotel ist in den Morgenstunden aufgrund der Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und den Säuberungsfahrzeugen (Laubbläser) etwas lauter.

Der Empfang und das Restaurant wurde Renoviert und sieht gut aus. Die zimmer sind Ok und für Party Peopley optimal, wenn man nur schlafen möchte. Leider keine Klimaanlage daher etwas wärmer. Hotel an und für sich eher Laut da viele Junge Alkoholiker :-)

la ubicacion el mayor problema es que es esta en una zona de mucha marcha nocturna,y al no tener las habitaciones aire acondiccionado,tienes que abrir las ventanas para poder dormir,y se escucha todo el jaleo de la calle.

Lage des Hotels, direkt am Strand und viele Restaurants in der Umgebung Leider hatte das Hotelzimmer keine Klimaanlage und deshalb war die Nacht sehr schwer zu überstehen bei ca. 30 Grad. Ebenfalls sind die Matteratzen sehr durchgeschlafen.

Gute Lage. Freundliches Personal. Unkompliziert. Saubere, geräumige Zimmer. Meersicht von Terasse. Guter Pool. Schöner Strand in der Nähe, Ausgehmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Reichhaltiges Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Präsentation des Essens.

Necesita mantenimiento, vidrios isonorizados y aire acondicionado, ( o por lo menos ventiladores) porque esta en una esquina ruidosa, la comida necesita mejorarse mucho, el sistema de pagos en efectivo por cada cosa ( las bebidas, la caja de seguridad) es muy incomodo. Hotel apto para bandas de jovenes semisalvajes de fiesta continua.

A hotel elhelyezkedése kivälo,a személyzet nagyon kedves és segitökész,és a szobäkbol a panoräma nagyon szép. Sajnos nagyon sok fiatal bulizäs céljäbol välasztja ezt a hotelt,ezért az alväs néha nem volt egyszerü.

расположен в зоне пляжа, хоть и не имеет своего. жил на последнем этаже, соответственно имелся весьма большой балкон. номер и ванная комната весьма просторна. отличный персонал готовый во всем помочь, даже не смотря на языковой барьер.

Die Receptionistin, die mindestens 5 Fremdsprachen spricht und ausgesprochen freundlich ist. 1. Der Einsatz für die Fernsehfernbedienung 2.das Frühstück, mit der Einschränkung, dass der Kaffee sehr gut war.

Günstiger Preis. Wobei wenn man die Preis-Leistung bedenkt dann ist es gar nicht so günstig. Das Buffet-Essen ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind aus der 70er´n. Die Wände sind sehr sehr dünn, somit sehr hellhörig. Sauberkeit - ging so.
