Välutrustat kök. Skönt med balkong.Underbart med TVÅ badrum när man har tonåringar. Nära till livsmedelsbutiker och tunnelbana.En mycket trevlig japansk restaurang i närheten.

Det fanns bara två engelskspråkiga TV-kanaler,båda nyhetskanaler. Blev väckta mitt i natten av porttelefonen.Frågade receptionen om man kunde stänga av den,men det gick tyvärr inte.

Lungt läge nära tunnelbanan,gångavstånd till sagrada familia. Rena rum,hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Perfekt boende för större sällskap.(Vi var 6 vuxna.)

Trevlig serviceinriktad personal, lägenheten var mycket fräsch, modern och luftig. Alla rummen hade luftkonditionering. Bra läge i lugnt område.

Städningen kunde varit en nivå högre, tex avloppsbrunnen i duchen. Och ibland kändes en lukt från avloppen. Handdukar kunde kanske bytas någon extra gång under vistelsen.

Allmost everything and the staff is very nice and helpful. Excellent location to visit wonderful Barcelona !

We had a recurrent problem with ants wandering in the flat despite of repeated actions from the staff. This problem might be related to the terrace. These ants were apparently vegetarian, we were not attacked !

Very large, well-designed apartment. Very close to the metro, Sagrada Familia and other historic places. Full kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Free breakfast at nearby restaurant and free Bus tour if staying 3 nights or more. Very good price.

The mattress was not great, the second bedroom was not private - in front of the door

* 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms * one evening the room card did not open the front door; had to remember the code or else would've been locked out * One of the 2 small beds was next to a window (slight cold draft) and the mattress seemed a bit tilted * The baby's bed turned out to be a baby manege with the hard base, but without a mattress (!). When asked, they gave us a blanket, but that's not good enough.

The apartment as well as the building as a whole was clean and had a good minimalist interior with all the equipment concealed. The location was good- away from the the tourist crowd, yet close to everything.

There were no smoking apartment or a smoking area. Even smoking in the balcony is not allowed. I am a painter and used to complete my plein air paintings in the night. In the middle of my work I had to go down in the cold to smoke. Access card was a major problem. There is no system in place if the main gate/door to the building fails. I was locked out but could enter as my friend was in the apartment but three families were locked out in heavy rain. I had to go down 3 times to check and let the families enter after verification. The problem was not attended to till next day 10 am after bringing it to the attention of the staff once again. In the kitchen, wooden laddles and spatulas would be advisable to keep the utensils scratch free. Our apartment did not have a spatula and making eggs for breakfast for seven days tried my cooking skills.

Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup. This was nothing to do with the hotel but Helena was proactive in ensuring that it was all sorted out and our departure pickup was ontime. Very quiet and clean apartment, with comfortable beds and all appliances fully functioning. One big clearly detailed book with information about the apartment and how to use the appliances. This was especially useful in working the climate control unit which had been left on 'heat' and (fortunately for us) now needed to be on 'cool'. Useful pack of dishwasher liquid, for both dishwasher and hand washing, 2 cloths and a washing machine tablet. Top floor apartment exceptionally good and spacious for 2 with front and back large roof patios with loungers, table and chairs and views across the city.

No separate toilet and bathroom rather small even for 2 people (unit 61). Insufficient shelf space for toothbrushes, make-up, etc. Only one mirror in the apartment and that was in the bathroom. Water hammer banging from roof solar water heater panels on sunny afternoons.

2 full bath and full kitchen

Internet was up and down. It would be nice to have roll of paper towels, more than 1/3 roll to TP

We get everything but more, very pleasant stay.

Very modern. Spotlessly clean. Great value for sharers. Comfortable. Great base for exploring Barcelona. Free lockers for use after checkout.

No kettle, only espresso machine. (No big deal, used the hob to boil water)

Did not recieve a balcony even though my reservation stated I would, bed was hard, hot water ran out after 2 people took showers , you must provide your own trash bags and toilet paper after you go through you 1 of each

the complete lack of any soundproofing meant the every sound in the building came through walls, floors and ceiling. It was not restful or fun.

We felt like at home. It is very close to Sagra Da Familia and Passage Gracia. We have walked to main places and enjoyed the streets of Barcelona.

The outlook on the plaza

We liked how close they were to the metro stations and within 20 minutes of walking you could be on the beginning of the main shopping area. We bought our 2 day red bus tourist tickets direct with the Eric Vokel reception and one of the stops was only 7 minutes walk away at Sagreda Familiar. We loved the freedom of the suites, pleasing ourselves when we had our meals. They are lots of food shops very close and a supermarket 4 minutes walk away. To have patio areas front and rear of our suite was excellent as we could have sun or shade whenever we wanted it. When we next stay in Barcelona, we will definately be staying again in a Eric Vokel suite.

Only one thing my wife picked up on, there are no full length mirrors to be found in the suites. At least one could be fixed near to a electrical socket and the suites would then be near on perfect.

The hotel is very pleasant and clean with large rooms and great location. The employees were very polite and supported and were keen to fulfill all our wishes. It’s highly recommended to book it for your next vacation.

Everything was just perfect. Nice big rooms, big tv, clean bathrooms, very nice & helpful people in the reception. I can really recommend a nice little brazilian restaurant just around the corner, called Intertropic, they had the best food that we had the 9 days we were in Barcelona.

The location (narrow side street) made us a little nervous venturing out at night.

It was good suites with warm hospitality and very guide in all aspects . I enjoyed the hotel very much .
