very comfortable apartment, has everything one needs on a vacation. spacious enough. supermarkets are across the road, just 5 minutes walk. to get to the sea takes approximately 20-30 minutes. very quite. worths its price. I'm satisfied with it.

the only shortcoming - you need to throw garbage away yourself. but it doesn't bother actually. all the rest is great.

We liked everything about the complex. It was very convenient to where we wanted to be. The finish of the apartment was too a very high standard and very clean. The staff were helpful and all very polite. We have already recommended it to other people.

A little bit to far from town,restaurants and Bars. Need To Have A Car But Then You Need To Watch What You Drink With Dinner.

Easy to find location, great for car-drivers. It's effectively an up-market motel with nice outdoor space suitable for families with small children. The apartments are spacious and well designed with good privacy for all.

The reception is not signposted and hard to find. There were several things that didn't work - like the washing machine and the door locking system. Also a few things missing like hairdryer and soap.

Modern, clean, comfortable appartment. Free parking places on the street.

We stayed in the double apartment - very spacious, clean and light with a big terrace! has everyting for comfortable stay! Surrounded by nice garden! supermarket is nearby! A good base to explore the area!

Well equiped apartment

Wery poor internet, in non season there is pretty cold and noisy at windy weather conditions. Had electricity problems in rooms

Precio y calidad, limpieza, buena atención.

Very luxurious furnishings and good heating, which is neccessary outside the summer; The lounge was particularly spacious with plush leather sofas and a big TV quite unlike the usual self-catering. We were in a two-bedroom; they get the afternoon sun and overlook the long thin garden and long walkway which is very attractive. The seven pools are located at intervals along the garden but they are not big pools. It is a 15-20 minute walk through quiet residential roads to Riells beach; nice walk but elderly or infirm people may not like the gentle incline. There are two big supermarkets five minutes walk away just across the garden and some grassland. Nearest choice of restaurants is at Riells - some very good value for money if you have the inclusive with drinks included.

The two-bedroom apartments had a good outlook and I imagine the one-beds are the same; but the apartments which are advertised as having "their own garden" appeared to face the other way, into the street and their gardens looked less attractive then the "public" garden. I could be wrong.

The apartment was very well equipped and spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Staff at reception very helpful and friendy. Place is clean and quiet.

We throughly enjoyed our stay . The resort was new , bed comfortable . Everything was ok in the price we got it .

Really nice place, shame we had a double and a twin bedroom, which gave us a nice sized living room and kitchen area. Next time (there will be one) im going for the single double as you get a roof top area, but with smaller living room. But for 2 people its enough. 15min walk into old town and 20min to tourist bit and also a 5 min walk from supermarket. Driving access is easy too, bit tight for immediate spaces outside later on but plenty on nearby streets.

Expensive internet and for one device only, electric kettle would be welcome, lack cleaning chemistry.

Very neat and new resort with nice and well equiped apartments. It is family and kids friendly and with a small swimming pool every few apartments it still has a privat feel to it.

We had a very small bed (app. 140-150cm wide), which in my opinion is really too small. Especially for two Dutch adults, both over 6 foot tall. The rest of the apartment and terrace are quite spacious, so why not a slightly bigger bedroom...?

Apartments are new and nicely furnished and decorated, with large terraces. Everything works well. There are five or six small swimming-pools, surrounded by palms and green grass, beautiful and comfortable.

Cleaning service is poor for a aparthotel facility. They say it is weekly service, but we had to insist on having it done. In the heat of summer, weekly fresh towels and kitchen cloth is not enough. But there is a washing machine in every apartment, so you can do it yourself if you know in advance how it works. Don't expect a hotel service, more like an apartment resort with some services. There is no restaurant or cafeteria, breakfast is delivered to your apartment every evening in a package containing milk, bread and croissants. Walking to the beach is not really convenient, too far away, crossing a residential neighbourhood with little hills up and down. The walk uphill after a beach day can be just too much. But if you have a car, the spot is very well located. Supermarket and shops are closer.

The resort has a very modern and designed style, the pool and the garden is also very nice and beautiful, the appartement is comfortable and we also liked very much the coffe machine with lavazza capsules. The children also liked the pool (however its water was a little bit cold) very much, everything was there in our flat what we needed during a week. The location was also perfect for us with young children that it is a little bit far from the night life, shops are near, so everything was perfect.

The only thing we did not like, that the wifi was not free of charge and even if we paid it did not work very well, in the appartment was very slow and at the pool it did not work at all.

Staff were very efficient and friendly. We stayed in the ground floor apartment.Rooms are excellent, as are the facilities, clean and stylish. The double bedroom was large, the bed massive, with good storage facilities, etc. Kitchen & bathroom are modern, with dishwasher & washing machine, microwave & electric hob, good shower, etc. Plenty of space in the living area for a sofa, tv & dining table. Outside area had a dining table & chairs & clothes horse, + sun loungers. We ate all our meals here. The plunge pools in the garden area are great for families with small kids.

This is not a seaside location - its on the edge of town, close to the main supermarkets. You'll need a car.

The Resort is very understated.Not your normal type of resort as it is very Modern, It is Clean, Well thought out, The pools are slightly bigger than Splash Pools and there are seven of them. The gardens are immaculate with tropical plants, the rooms are immaculate, Air conditioned throughout. Superb Value. The rooms are in blocks. Would be ideal if you have a large family as you could rent the (bottom) Garden apartment (4 persons), the (upper) Superior Apartment for 4, and the (Top floor) apartment which has a balcony. All of the Apartments have interconnecting doors. Brilliant. The apartments are very well furnished with good quality fittings. A very quiet area but with three supermarkets within easy walking distance. The staff are there if you do have any queries or problems. We stayed for 8 days,and had clean towels etc 3x during our stay!.The resort leaflets and website do not do justice to the quality. I think you do need a car though because the nearest beach is about 1km away, but you need a car to explore the area.. Montgo beach area is about 4km away, well worth the visit. Loved our stay there though.

Not much that we didn't like but a couple of liitle tips. We had the Garden Apartment which is great for early morning sun and evening shade. We also had the Superior Apartment which is great for the opposite, however, the bathroom has a massive window which faces to the sun in the morning.. There is no blind which means that you can get a suntan while sitting on the toilet. The window could really do with some sort of blind (take note L'escala Resort!). Again superb apartments though.

La tranquilidad, el diseño de los apartamentos, el jardin y ubicacion. Muy acogedores .

Hace mucha calor dentro del apartamento aunque hay aire acondicionado. El wc y agua caliente fallan un poco. Y el jardín y piscinas estan peor conservados, antes estaban perfectos. Aun asi la estancia esmuy agradable, mantienen su encanto.

De locatie is prima te noemen. Het (bovenste etage) appartement voldoet aan onze verwachtingen. De voorzieningen zijn compleet en oké te noemen. Koelkast, vrieskast, wasmachine, magnetron/grilloven. WiFi aanwezig tegen een nette prijs van 1,00 euro/h te gebruiken. Zwembad buiten voor de kleintjes erg fijn. loopafstand van oude en nieuwe centrum en boulevard. winkels vlak bij.

Erg gehorig. Vooral wanneer bren met stoelen en andere voorwerpen gaan slepen of op schoenen met harde zolen of hakken tot diep in de nacht aan de gang gaan. Radio/TV zet men vaak te hard aan. WiFi heeft vaak en te zwakke verbinding waardoor het niet optimaal werkt. Weer een Euro weg. Koffie machine alleen te gebruiken met koffie van de receptie. Warm water in twede week vaak niet aanwezig. Kitranden bij bad en wastafel hier en daar aan vervanging toe. Men moet echt iets doen aan de gehorigheid wil ik dit app. aan andere aanbevelen. Willen persé een kopie van je paspoort ondanks dat dat verboden is. Bij vertrek voor 09.00 uur niemand op de receptie.

Bedden, badkamer met genoeg badlakens, inrichting klinisch maar schoon. Goede keuken met complete inrichting w.o. afwasmachine en wasmachine
