Lage im Zentrum; Zimmerausstattung für die Hotelklasse ausreichend; Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit; Kaum erträglicher Geruch aus den Abflüssen im Bad, der auch im Zimmer deutlich zu bemerken war. Insgesamt machte das Hotel einen eher antiqiuerten Eindruck mit Renovierungsstau.

La ubicacion y sobre todo la amabilidad del personal,en especial los dueños Alberto y Esmeralda una joven pareja siempre muy atentos y cordiales.Las habitaciones estan decoradas con buen gusto y las camas son muy confortables(es algo que siempre tengo muy en cuenta). En general el hotel es muy coqueto y agradable.

Amabilidad del personal del hotel, cénctrico aunque algo dificil el acceso con las calles estrechas de Osuna. Las habitaciones interiores dan a un pasillo, no tienen ventana exterior y por tanto no hay ventilación, (nosotros solo teníamos ventana en el baño) además, las tuberías olían bastante y es un problema que deberían resolver.

Una excelente relación calidad-precio, una atención al cliente inigualable y una ubicación privilegiada en pleno casco histórico. Nos han asesorado y organizado diversas actividades para que conozcamos cada rincón del sorprendente y bello pueblo de Osuna. Sin duda, el Hotel Esmeralda ha superado nuestras expectativas. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa!!!

Estaba cerca del lugar al que tenía que ir. El supuesto desayuno. El dueño del hotel deprisa, preparaba café y tostadas express de mala gana. Servía un bote de mantequilla de medio kilo, y al pedirle un zumo junto a un café, me miro raro. Eso no es un desayuno.

Prima hotel en prima ligging. Echt spaans, want er was niemand die ook nog een andere taal sprak. Maar zij waren vriendelijk. Schone en prettige kamer. Ik reserveerde vooraf een parkeerplaats en betaalde dit ook. Bij aankomst bleek er geen parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Ik denk dat ik naar het betaalde geld kan fluuiten!!!
