The way things went so smoothly. When we asked for extras ie a toaster it came very quickly. We liked the space and comfort of our junior suite. All this made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.
There were no English language programmes such as BBC News or CNN News on the television.
location, location , location
shower a little old
Location, staff, metro station is 2 min from hotel.View from fom is nice .
The fact it had a small kichen.
The internet connection was poor. The towels were never changed during our one week stay.
Location is good and vdry helpful frontdesk staff
Prob only the reception on the 1st floor and no bellboy and has 2 times walking up by floor...bad for traveller who has many and heavy luggage..breakfast is just ok
Nothing was good in Espa Hotel Gran Via 65.
I was with my family. I had to pay for my one year old son but did not get a cot. The man with a beard in reception - I do not know his name - hopeless, he should be released. Entering to hotel I did not see any stars at the name of the hotel. I am not surprised at all. Overall rating - hopeless. I do not recommend.
A very helpful reception and breakfast staff (printed out a rail ticket as well as looking after our cases for the afternoon).Very good breakfast.I would definitely recommend this hotel.Thank you ESPA staff.
No lounge area
close to diff. transportation systems and tourist spots
hotel just besides the national highway so you can hear cars and also the airconditioning in our room was not functioning well so we had just to open the window
Convenient and The fact i could cook
There was nothing I didn't like.
Manager was very helpful in resolving some issues; so our room was upgraded to nice suite. Nice location on central street.
Most of the staff dont's speak English. Hard to haul a luggage -- a lot of short stairs, also have to change two lifts.
Exellent location, very helpful and polite staff
The location is grate. Every think you need is close. Staf is very helpful. I have a great time in this hotel.
Position excellent, eating, metro, shops all right on the door step. Facilities were great in the rooms, very clean, peaceful considering on the main Gran Via, good aircon system and perfect little kitchen with everything you need for a short stay. Staff helpful with anything you needed to know or trips booked. Would highly recommend.
The location, the room with kitchen is very convenient, nice bad, clean.
We had to climb stairs with baby carriage on our way up. Not horrible, but not fun. The parking is expensive, around 25 euro for day.
Air conditioner is noisy
They didn't change towels. I put then on floor, but they hung them back.
Very well situated. Very kind staff.
Too much stairs to get the reception hall, despite they have elevators...
Highly recommended. We were upgraded free of charge to a suite without us even requesting it. Can't praise the location enough. Also asked for a shower cap at the night reception and was asked to talk to day reception. But it was in the bathroom the next day without asking. :)
Only small issue was that the hall lights didn't work for 2 nights of our stay but the reception did try to fix it as soon as they were told.
Perfect that you stay in the center but seems like your room is far from all that noise. Very comfortable and quite room.
Staff have a I don't give a dam attitude. Carpets durty, shairs and Suitcase bench filthy. I chair per room? Never enough toilet paper. Will not recommend to my travel agent.
The hotel is very well located, directly on Gran Via, very friendly staff, clean rooms
Nice staff and very good location
Very good location. You can go walking to the main attractions. Very quiet room, even though it was facing 'Gran Via', a very busy road. The staff was very kind and helpful.
The baby's travel cot was quite old and had some holes. The bed pillows were very uncomfortable and there was one extra pillow only.
Great location near most tourist spots. Near subway and bus lines.
The breakfast is terrible. Don't waste your money.
