Espahotel Plaza Basílica

We liked the fact that we felt independent - that we could do our own thing and not be restricted by meal times etc. The Plaza Basilica was booked to allow us to get to the Bernabeu and in to the city centre and in this respect it proved an admirable choice. We would undoubtedly choose it again for a similsr trip.

Close to an important railway and tube station

The room was very old fashion, and very cold. The heat comes from an old machine which is very noisy

Stayed in 416 twin beds. Very big suite with mini kitchen. Bright with views of the street. El Corte Ingles, shops within 2 blocks. Excellent price for quality of stay. Booked at discounted price.

Wifi is not free, cleaning can be improved.

Location excellent for Real Madrid. 30 mins from city centre.

Contrary to adevrtisement on Booking.com the hotel did not offer fre wi-fi (there is a charge) or have satellite tv (it had free-view tv).

Very convenient hotel and friendly staff.

Very good location, easy access to several metro lines and the airport. Walking distance from Real Madrid stadium. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Rooms and staff are ok.

No breakfast in the hotel, just room service with limited choice. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. The windows did not close properly and did not filter the noise from the street. Rooms facing the back of the building are probably more quiet.

Una buena ubicación, equipado con lo necesario en cuanto a menaje de cocina, confortable y cómodo.

Quizás la cama, algo más dura de lo que estamos acostumbrados.

Boa localização - perto do Estádio Santiago Bernabeu, de um centro comercial "El Corte Inglês", não muito longe de estações de metro. Contudo, algo afastado do centro histórico (5 ou 6 estações de metro), não dá para ir a pé. Como o preço não é muito elevado, a relação qualidade-preço acaba por não ser má, mas a qualidade geral também é baixa.

Quarto com mobília antiga e um terrível cheiro a mofo (ou do pó do ar condicionado) que me obrigou a ter que preferir o frio da noite, abrindo as janelas por 1 ou 2 horas até passar (me habituar). Kitchenete minima, só com 2 bocas elétricas, sem microondas, nem jarro elétrico (para aquecer a água para o pequeno almoço, tive mesmo que a aquecer numa panela). Loiça e panelas mínimas.

Nuevo, muy bien decorado. Buena relacion precio calidad. Muy bien ubicado. Habitaciones espaciosas.

Un poco impreciso el personal.

El hotel está en una zona excelente ya que todo está a pocos metros, desde restaurantes, el Corte Ingles, el Carrefour, la estación del Metro...inclusive para llegar desde el aeropuerto al hotel sale mucho mas barato el metro que un taxi, ya que al ser mas de 5 miembros, los taxis solo permiten 4 pasajeros por coche. El personal del hotel excelente, muy serviciales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y recomendar. Si vuelvo a Madrid me hospedaré otra vez aquí.

Lo único que puedo decir, y solo a manera de crítica constructiva, es que las toallas y las sabanas están viejitas, por lo que no son muy agradables al tacto. Adicionalmente deberían de colocar en el banio un cepillo para limpiar el WC.

La moqueta. El Tremendo ruido de la calefacción. Y al tener que quitar la calefacción por el ruido, pues no se podía dormir, pasamos bastante frío.

Quarto/Atelier mto espaçoso e limpo. Localização mto boa e boa relação preço/qualidade.

Aquecimento apenas por ar condicionado e apenas no quarto. o estacionamento tem acesso dificilimo recomendado apenas para viaturas mto pequenas. No entanto tem um parking publico mesmo ao lado e de fácil acesso.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. La struttura in buone condizioni e gli appartamenti sono molto confortevoli. La posizione dell'albergo è ottima in quanto molto tranquilla ma vicino alla metropolitana. Da consigliare.

Alla tv non trasmettevano nessun canale italiano.
