there were alot of interesting cafe & bars in the neighborhood. and a lively nightlife
pricey if you didn,t book on line
Due to rooms having cooking facilities, corridors often had cooking smells, mostly pizza. Also bed was located under window.
perfect location, staff and apartment
the final score
The space of the rooms
The walls to thin, to much noise, you cannot sleep in the night. Smell - fish fried smell - downstairs it is a fish store
Close to Nuevos Ministeros train line to the airport Restaurants and shops nearby
Security - old-fashioned key to the room; The carpet and furniture feel not quite clean and in need of replacement The kitchenette didn't have dish-washing detergent.
Location, Price, spacy rooms
Breakfast was always the same and was too much oil on it. A little bit dirty.
Location was suitable for my visit to Madrid
Great difficulty get wifi to work. Had to use off site support. Strange shaped room and had to move bed so that TV could be seen. Lifts slow and old fashioned.
This was perfect for a week in Madrid while attending a training. I was able to prepare meals if I wanted in the fully functioning kitchen, there was a mini bar, safe and the staff was friendly, attentive and 24 hour reception. There was a restaurant however I did not eat there only because Madrid had so many places to offer! The apartment is near several shopping malls, gym etc. It was perfect.
Cannot really complain about anything. If I were to make an improvement note, it would just be that I would have liked the Air Conditioner to be a little colder. It was fine but would take about half an hour to cool the room down. Madrid was having a heat wave.
Perfect area in the financial district within walking distance of Real Madrid Stadium, access to the metro and the Madrid Tour Bus. We would recommend this establishment to any travellers visiting Madrid.
Location, we where there to watch Real Madrid, 10 minute walk to stadium. Comfortable nights sleep.
great location. helpfull staff
some reviews complaind about paying for internet but the room safe was free
Very good location (not city center, but very close to a big metro and train station), big room and the staff was very friendly and helpful
It could include wifi to the price (4 euro per day is ripoff for a wifi that was so slow you couldn't make a skype call) and it could be a little cleaner (it wasn't dirty, but not as clean as it should be)
It was a great base, very clean, liked the dressing table feature in the living room. Although further away from a lot of the places to see the metro was extremely cheap so getting around was easy once you get the hang of it-very similar to London tube but the metro nicer, but not as frequent. I recommend getting the metro when possible as traffic can be bad and taxi fares will accumulate when stood in traffic. Having a kitchenette was great to store breakfast items as eating out 3 times a day adds up!
It is located in the business district so longer tube rides away from the centre Sol and where a lot of places to see are. It is 7 mins walk to the bernabeau stadium with a supermarket just around the corner. It is very basic room, we had a suite so had a separate living room.
Location, nice surrounding, convenient for Metro transportation. Personel at the reception desk very kind and nice. While waited for the room walking arround they toook my luggage into it. They kindly printed my boarding passes.
For three days cleaning lady havent left additional shower gel eventhough I was left out it.
Quiet neighbourhood, not as touristy as downtown core, easy access to local transport. One man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. He has a great attitude.
The property is showing early signs ofm needed maintenance being ignored. If the little things are caught, they can be fixed easily saving money in the long run. Some of the front desk staff are still typical of old Spain: chauvinistic toward women.
Staff was slightly struggling with English, but that's a problem in whole Madrid, not just in this hotel. Breakfast wasn't very big.
- good location for football match - nice and big room - quiet
- internet with extra charge (but only 4 euro for 24 hours)
Convenient location Excellent Professional Staff Very Clean
the location is nice, 10 mins walking to Santiago Bernabeu stadium, under 10 mins walking to both metro stations for Barajas Airport and Madrid center. Has a small kitchen, nicely equiped.
Had to pay a fee for the wi-fi.
Clean, quiet area and helpful staff. Good value for money. Shower is great!
A fairly priced hotel for what we needed which was basically somewhere to shower and sleep as we were out all day. Plus point was being able to call for breakfast to be delivered to our room whenever it suited us as there isn't a dining room. We saw this as an advantage. Also staff extremely courteous and accommodating.
Nothing at all.
Excellent service especially when I needed some more dishes in the suite. Package deals for internet service. Staff speak and understand English. Daily cleaning staff were excellent, timely, trustworthy and good quality of work.
Needed package internet deals for multiple devices. It doe snot make sense to pay for these plans on a per device basis.
It is a quite and special place to be in Madrid
Payment for wifi
The independence of a studio flat and the location is very good for shops and metro
The furnishing and tehdecoration of the place is a bit hold style
