Hotel Playa Esperanza Wellness & Spa    

We enjoy everything from our stay. The staff really friendly, breakfast buffet good and varied, great for families and small children, a step from the beach, loved the spa. Among its services the hotel has a hairdresser and I got my hair cut and had some highlights done.. I loved it! The price is fair and the lady works very well. If we return to Mallorca we definitely return to this hotel.

My husband didn't like the dinner buffet; need to have meat and salads but I enjoy it because I like seafood.

Great staff. Great location. Hotel is great for both families and a girls trip. There is a seperate family pool and kids entertainment room. The spa is great and the massage and facial were excellent. Hotel is not far from the Old Town and the port. A bit far from airport but had a rental car and it's worth getting a rental car if the weather is not that nice. Hotel is on beach. Waiters at the lounge were great and price for cocktails were excellent. Overall great hotel.

Would be nice if you could get WIFI in your room but they have a great lounge where you can have a cocktail and have WIFI.

The hotel was almost in the beach. Everyone in the staff was very kind (5* treatment). The buffet had a lot of variety and quality (although we think sometimes it was a little low on spices). The shows were good.

1. Minute room with a lot of ants! (We were with two children and believe me it is not enough space, although they made my booking and didn't warn me about the room. The furniture is very old. 2. The size of the hotel makes all its services worse, because a lot of people wants to use them and it is not possible. 3. In the fitness room there is only one running track! Why??? if the hotel is so big?! 4. There is no hot milk at breakfast 5. There is no wifi there 6. It is far from the center of Playa de Muro

The location is excelent. The gardens are big and well cared, The food is nice. Good night shows.

Comfortable hotel, located on the 1-St line. Large, well-groomed, clean territory. On the territory of the hotel a lot of Lounges for relaxing with views of the sea. The hotel has its own shop where the prices are lower than in the surrounding shops. Breakfasts and dinners are diverse. A lot of national dishes, a great selection of fruits and desserts. The bus stop is located in front of the hotel. Easy access to the surrounding attractions.The hotel staff unobtrusive and polite. A good Spa salon. Special thanks to the staff member of Spa salon Lena.

The evening shows rather monotonous. The place for holding it is not very comfortable.

We had everything we needed, right on the beach and with huge gardens all around the complex with 3 swimming pools to choose from. Ideal for families or couples of any age . Plenty of selection for buffet breakfast and dinner. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definately reccomend this hotel for quality and value for money.

Strange smell in the lobby and landings, maybe airconditioning but abit off putting. Only a comment as hotel is clean and well cared for.

The beds are not so good (not so comfortable) The furniture and the curtains on the room, the carpet on the corridors, are already old. Need a renovation. In some areas, air conditioning too strong.

Overall it is a good hotel. Good facilities, clean, friendly staff. I would recommend it. However, it is not the right place for young people who want to have fun during the night.

some strict rules: e.g long trousers at the restaurant were mandatory - no late check-out was allowed. Lots of choice for food, but not nothing special

Bett! Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Einzelbetten, die Räder haben. Die Räder haben keine Bremser. Sie "fahren" dann immer wieder auseinander! Wir müssten mehrmals zwei Betten zusammen schieben. Solche Bett habe ich nur in eine Motel erlebt, passt wirklich nicht zu ein 4-Sterne Hotel!

Personeel is erg attent en erg vriendelijk. Mooi uitzicht op het strand en zee vanuit de hotelkamer.

Er was geen infomap op de kamer. Met openingstijden van de wellness&spa etc. In de wellness&spa lopen blote mensen en mensen in badkleding door elkaar.

Eigentlich alles. Das Buffet ist nicht zu toppen !!

L'atenció del personal ha estat excel·lent. Han oferit un tracte molt bo i personal. Les instal·lacions de l'hotel són amplies, amb un gran menjador i un Spa més que recomenable. L'habitació tenia unes vistes espectaculars. El menjar ha estat molt variat i abundant, i a més a més, de bona qualitat.

Les habitacions tenen un mobiliari antiquat. La vestimenta dels llits i cortines també semblen d'unes quantes decades enrere (anys 80).

Die Freundlichkeit und der sehr gute Service im Restaurant ist seit Jahren konstant. Das Meer ist direkt vor der Türe. Das Hotel wird von seriösen Gästen gebucht. (keine Ballermänner!)

Die Liegen am Strand vor dem Hotel werden teuer vermietet. Dieser Strand sollte vom Hotel für die Gäste gepachtet werden und den kostenfreien Aufenthalt gewährleisten.
