The price was excellent for two of us to stay on a Saturday night. We had a litre of wine and a half litre of water from the bar in the evening, and it only came to €6! The staff were friendly and courteous, although it took a little while for someone to turn up to check us in. The shower took some minutes to get up to temperature, but once it did, it was beautifully hot and powerful. One small gripe, which is similar to most hotels at both ends of the price scale. The lighting in the room was really poor, which makes it a bit of a gamble applying make-up before going out!

Very convenient placement at the entrance to the town of Berga, so it still has 'look-into-the-green-views' but is already close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, children's playground, pharmacy, etc. Meals in the restaurant are ok.

The spatial distribution of the beds in the family room (2+2) could have been better. We had to turn them all around ;-d

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean. The hotel location is very close the city entrance, two minutes from C-16. The hotel restaurant is OK

compare to other 2* hotel , it's certainly a better hotel. Breakfast is o.k ,and the room is very clean

triple room is very small for 3 persons.

La disponibilità del personale......favolose. Possibilità di postazione internet e parcheggio gratuito. Si mangia bene ottima la crema catalana

Nos atendieron genial desde el primer momento... Las instalaciones nuevas y super limpias.... Las habitaciones muy grandes y todo limpio.... El desayuno perfecto y recien hecho todo.... El personal muy atento y amable .....;)

Pequeño pero muy confortable, limpio, buen trato personal, buena comida, buenas istalaciones.

La gente que nos atendió allí fue maravillosa, tanto el señor que nos abrió por la noche cuando llegamos a las tantas y aún a si nos estuvo dando indicaciones de los sitios a los que íbamos mañana, como la chica que nos atendió en el desayuno/ recepción que fue un encanto. Fuero dos personas muy atentas y agradables que nos hicieron sentir como en casa, hicimos una visita express a Berga por un funeral pero sin duda volveremos con mas tiempo a conocer un pueblo tan bonito y desde luego nos alojaremos en el Estel.

El trato del personal es muy amable y familiar. Muy recomendable escoger media pensión o pensión completa el restaurante del hotel es muy bueno.
