The hotel is a good option for families, the animation and kids club was great, the food was good and varied. Some rooms did not have a kettle, the pool was extra cost

Food at buffet restaurant. Receptionist and staff in general were not very professional. Waitresses were a bit rude. Swimming pool was not free to use by customers.

Excellent services, spa facilities, tennis courts, swimming pool, nice walk to the seaside through the gardens. Really nice full breakfast buffet. Room was overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. Great hotel for a family stay. Quite outfashioned room, though the bed was comfortable. Hotel hallways and 100 years old leather armchairs really need some update. Would definetely rate this hotel as a three star.

La grandeur de la chambre. Pour une famille avec 2 enfants le duplex etait spacieux et confortable. La proximité avec port aventura tout en etant plus calme qu'a Salou meme. La piscine interieur et le spa qui est payant maintenant meme en logeant à l'hotel. Les evacuation des eaux usées qui passe en plein milieu du duplex, le bruit etait terrible des que quelqu 'un tirait la chasse. Nous nous sommes apperçu en rentrant en france qu'on nous avait prélevé 10% de la somme du séjour alors qu"on nous à fait payé la totalité à l'hotel. Je ne sais pas si nous arriverons à recuperer notre sommes. Et enfin en arrivant à l'hotel la carte de notre chambre n'a pas marché nous avons attendu 1 heure devant la porte pour qu'un technicien vienne nous arranger la chose. Aucune excuse pour le desagrement , rien... Cet hotel c'est dégradé par rapport à il y à 5 ans en arriére de tout les points de vue.

J'ai apprécié de pouvoir me garer devant l'hotel, chose qui doit être impossible l'été. Buffet : bien. Chambre fumeur. Piscine couverte en supplément : non indiqué à la réservation ! Bruit : réveil dès 7h( à à cause du bruit), coucher tardif, toujours à cause des bruits des gens/fêtes.

En general todo. Somos clientes habituales del "Estival Park" desde hace varios años. Me ha gustado el detalle, de considerar a mi hijo de 18 años, que padece Sínfrome de Ásperger, como tarifa -niño- Tal vez esto sirva de precedente y ejemplo, para otras familias que se alojen en el "Estival Park" y esten en la misma situación que nosotros. Esto les haria a estancia mas agradable. . Gracias. No me ha gustado -nada- tener que hacer larga colas para poder entrar al comedor. Esto ha afectado a mi hijo, que como digo en el apartado "color verde" tiene un 75% de discapacidad, Síndrome de ásperger. Estas personas se inquietan y les afecta considerablemente éstas y otras situaciones parecidas. Aprovecho la ocasión desde aquí para que reflexionen y tengan en cuenta a estas personas con diferentes discapacidades, tanto fisicas, como mentales. Que conste en su "Hoja Informativa" del HoteL: ... que toda persona afectada de algun grado de discapacidad, sea cual sea ésta, se le tenga en cuenta. Que tengan "Prioridad" de entrada a los diferentes espacios o salas del hotel, como lo es en este caso, el acceso (en hora punta) al servicio de "Comedor" . Es un tema importante y prioritario a considerar por parte de la dirección del Estival Park. Gracias .

хороший,качественный отель 4 звезды,отличное расположение,вкусные завтраки(однообразные).отзывчивый,внимательный персонал.жили в в двух уровненном номере.хороший, просторный номер, удобные кровати.немного жарковато на втором этаже.большой балкон с сушилкой для одежды.я поняла, что на пляж нужны собственные полотенца.2 лежака стоили 4,5 евро(без зонта).в номере чайник,чай,чашки,ложки.штопор нужно купить самим.в ванной много принадлежностей:зубные щетки,складная расческа,шампуни и лосьоны хорошего качества.неплохой спа.их два.новый хороший,но совсем не дешевый,допускаются дети с 5 ти лет.старый -не очень.бани не работают,все обшарпанное.в бассейн неплохой гидромассажный блок.пожалуй только в водный отсек и стоит сходить.бани не берите.лучше в новый. много народа даже не в сезон.хотя в ресторане очередей за едой я не наблюдала.все культурно.шумно вечером.мне показалось,что в сезон будет"муравейник".бассейн для такого кол-ва людей маловат.детская площадка у детской комнаты совсем маленькая.хотя в принципе отель понравился.

El bufet ha mejorado, tiene más variedad desde la última vez que estuvimos. Y lo que más nos ha gustado es el Spa (aunque un poco ruidoso). Que cuando haces la reserva no te indiquen en que edificio es. La espera en la entrega de la habitación (que en nuestro caso fue a las 13,45).
