O conforto do quarto e sua localização. Boa relação preço/qualidade. There is no wifi; the volume of the tv is blocked in a very low level.

The room was warm, comfortable and well designed. We particularly liked the spacious bathroom,internet access, complimentary safe and secure on site underground parking.It was very nice to have access to the roof where I was able to take some great sunset photos of the cathedral.

Great roof terrace with amazing view on town. Good location close to centre. Hi-tech massage shower which doesn´t work, absolutly crap. Smell of cigarettes in no smoking room.

El trato ha sido muy bueno por parte del personal, las chicas de recepcion son muy majas y el resto del personal también; otro punto a favor es la proximidad al casco histórico de la ciudad, las instalaciones son bastante nuevas. La insonorización de las habitaciones es muy pobre.Se oye todo. Si vas con coche propio, lo mejor es dejarlo en el parking del hotel, ya que es complicado aparcar en la zona.

Lo nuevas que estan sus instalaciones y su situacion.. En recepción han sido muy atentos Correcta limpieza de la habitacion y eficaz servicio de desayuno servido en la misma.El garage está en el mismo edificio y a buen precio.Tanto la Catedral,como el edificio de la antigua Universidad y la Plaza mayor se encuentran a diez minutos andando.

La ubicación ,a cinco minutos de la plaza Mayor y la posibilidad del parking subterraneo del hotel Considero que para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas ,se queda muy justo en esta categoría,lo catalogaría más como un hotel de tres estrellas,la falta de bolsas de plástico,cuando había expendedor vacio,no se repuso los champús y geles gastados aunque todavía quedaba y también la apatía de un recepcionista,aunque sin dejar de ser educado.

Se escucha todo de las habitaciones colindantes y el parking un poco caro y por el precio de la habitación es cara para no tener desayuno como se refleja. Pero volvería a ir al hotel muy buena ubicación.

La ubicación, la limpieza y el parking con plazas bastante amplias. Excesiva la calificación de 4 estrellas. La decoración es bastante escasa, sobretodo en los pasillos. No me gustó nada la puerta del baño, que era de cristal y se veía y oía todo desde fuera, lo cual ofrecía poco intimidad. La ducha, con columna de hidromasaje, era demasiado pequeña.

La chica de recepción era muy amable y simpática. Las instalaciones estaban nuevas y limpias. Es una gran idea que ofrezcan un desayuno de café, bollería y zumo a un precio razonable, en vez del caro Bufett de otros hoteles

El hotel está bien situado. Las habitaciones están nuevas, y es confortable. El personal es agradable. La relación calidad-precio es muy razonable. Tuvimos un problema con la cañería del baño, y el hidromasaje no funcionaba muy bien. El mobiliario es estilo IKEA, y las instalaciones muy sencillas. No me parece un hotel de 4 estrellas, más bien un aceptable hotel de 3.
