Great location in the old town

Only a shower curtain which flooded the bathroom everytime. Very easy to install shower screen.

This was a very good central location for the old town and a few minutes walk to the Levante Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you value a good night's sleep, this is not the place to stay. It is situated at a main entry point to the pedestrianised part of the old town and is therefore always very busy. The noise levels were very high throughout the day and for much of the night. This was not helped by the fact that there is a pizzeria underneath the apartments which seemed to be open most of the night to catch late night revellers.

The location for the old town is just perfect. The reception staff were just great.

Location

It was only about 300 metres from Levante beach. It was situated extremely centrally between the new and the old town. The rooms were more than adequate for a short break. Although not utilised they were fully equipped for self catering and of adequate size. Great value for money and cheaper than comparable properties.

Being picky. The view was of the main street rather than something more picturesque.

The location was wonderful. Really central.

We stayed for five days and only had one change of towels & this was only when I pointed out that according to the site we should have a two sets a week.

First floor studio ,too noisy.frid sat sund ,got no sleep.busy cafe and pizza takeaway below.open till 6.am.late night clubbers below.then street cleaning and bin men.went to beach at 9.am for a sleep.monday to thurs quieter

Great location for the old town

Directions for finding our way there! Used Google maps and they were incomplete. Once we found out exactly where it was, by phone, we were very lucky to find a free parking space! Blue spaces are free after 2:00pm on Saturdays and all day Sunday. Do not park in a yellow space and expect to have to walk a bit to the apartments or drop someone off with the luggage then good luck to you! Best to park away from the old town if you want a free parking space.

You get what you pay for. Nice and cheap. For those who don't spend much time in room. Small kitchen but you have everything you need. TV, air conditioner. Changing towels 2 times a week (in our case). Situated in the center of town. Many cafes and restaurants around. 5 minutes walking from beech. 5 minutes walking from bus-stop. 5 minutes walking from supermarket "Mercadona". Nice english-speaking reception. On reception you can get card for entrance to another hotel "Benidorm Plaza" with swimming pool. Also you can buy voucher to eat there.

Nothing. Everything was OK for us. You should know following: - no salt & pepper - no cleaner & sponge - only one english channel on TV - Euronews - thin walls, but we didn't care We have no problems, but i heard that someone have troubles with sink.

The location was very central for all amenities we were there is feb 2012 and sept. 2012 and will be going back in feb. 2013 the price is very good for a studio flat. we are senior citizens and it is suitalble for all ages. keep your flat tidy empty your bins daily and your deposit is safe.

fitting and fixtures very poor, sockets hanging off the wall, electrics are a health hazzard, lifts were occupied by workmen and their tools most of the time, we were not told of any work going on when we booked, we are pensioners and needed the lift
