If staying for longer than one eveningand do not want to drive, it is a 30 minute walk to Haro town centre.

out of town and no taxis after 11;30 pm from town to the hotel
Rooms were spacious staff good,
It's a bit out of town you need a car or taxi to get in.
Efficient.
Characterless, but did the job. There was ample car parking but id very hot direct sun.
Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Free Wifi. Adequate restaurant.

Staff were very friendly and helpful Restaurant and bar were good value for money Rooms were clean and comfortable
Location was in a commercial centre and car park was also a lorry park Bar was mostly used by drivers Bar area was not as clean as you would expect. Papers and rubbish dropped along the floor of the bar area
Access is good and room and beds comfortable.
Restaurant meals could be improved.
The location is good.
The place is an industrial zone, truck drivers staying in the hotel.

The rooms are good size and beds comfortable. Bathrooms clean and modern. A good position for travelling north to ferry
Reception area very drab and outdated - gives a poor impression on arrival. Also the corridor to the rooms. Bar also drab and it needs some comfortable seating area
Location ideal for Bilbao Ferry Port and very good parking facility. Staff always helpful and spacious rooms are a boom.
The breakfast whilst not expensive is quite basic by English standards and will not be sufficient for some travellers.
everything 1st class. Excellent room and shower, comfy bed safe parking not too far from motorway [we were stopping overnight on route to Barcelona with a car full of gear]
nothing
Comfy bed, spacious room, good lighting, free wifi (that you DON'T have to keep entering in the login codes) though not very fast. The bathroom is a good size and they give you nice wine based gels and shampoo. The shower is powerful, as long as you don't put on full power - then it is like being blasted by needles. It was cooold outside when I was there in late November, and the heating in the room was fantastic. There is an elevator, free outdoor car park, and a cafe / restaurant onsite. A breakfast of coffee, fresh orange juice and toast for less than €3 euro, but they also do eggs and bacon with fries for about €4 euro. Their restaurant is not bad, and they do a great 3 course menu of the day for €11 pp with bread, desert and house wine And, the price of the room was absolutely good value. I paid €41 euro a night for a single use room. The hotel is well located on the outskirts of Haro in the Rioja wine region, and is a great base for exploring the region.
Nothing really. My expectations were met, even, surpassed, and I felt I got good value for money. However, if you want to see some negativity... This being a Spanish hotel, don't expect tea making facilities in the room; if you do, then you took a wrong turn somewhere around Benidorm. The shower actually does hurt if you have it on full blast; so just don't put it on full blast unless you are wearing body armor. The walls of the room are a little on the thin side, which, under normal circumstances isn't a problem, but if there is a noisy group, you may want some ear plugs. This is NOT a romantic hotel, but it is cheap and functional, and clean, with a comfy bed and wifi, heating / air-con that works really well. The restaurant could probably benefit from offering a few cheaper single dish foods like soups, or cocido, lentejas, pochas; hearty, warm-your-toes food for cold weather or for people who don't want a big meal. But this is a detail. There is no buffet breakfast, but you get to order what you want in the cafe, instead of paying too much money for a bad buffet. Fruit is maybe a problem, but there are shops in town if you need some bananas. The hotel is not convenient if you want a pleasant stroll into town. The staff in the restaurant is a little reserved, but they warm up a bit after a couple of days.
Clean comfortable room, good parking.
Scruffy and dirty restaurant. We dined at a nearby hotel.
Stayed here before. Convenient, secure location en route to or from Santander and the Med. Very well appointed rooms in a quiet location about 1.5 miles from town centre
