The staff were very friendly and the underground parking for our car was brilliant as we were travelling back to England and the car was laden with valuable things! We were travelling with a little dog and the ground floor room with terrace was perfect! We do not have a sat-nav and even though we had printed directions to the hotel we struggled to find it!

Large rooms, good coffee, good value for money, friendly, helpfull staff Loud, breakfast consisted of prepacked crap. The advertised snack bar is a vending machine, those restaurants in walking distance were all closed.

Lo que mas me ha gustado ha sido el tamaño del cuarto de baño, la habitacion tambien es espaciosa, limpia, con mobiliario nuevo, todo en orden y sin ninguna pega. Perfecto para hacer noche y continuar con el viaje. Justo justo al lado hay una subestación de transformación de energía eléctrica de Iberdrola, no es lo ideal, pero tampoco tienen culpa los del hotel.

Es un hotel bonito, con la forma de los típicos caseríos vascos, a 5 minutos de Durango, que es donde yo iba. Cómodo y buen precio, para un fin de semana fue sensacional.

Amplitud de la habitación y luminosa. Cuarto de baño amplio al igual que la ducha. Decoración en madera muy acojedora. La habitación 106 está junto al lado del ascensor y se oye constantemente. Si en la noche o mañana pronto se usa el ascensor no se puede dormir en la habitación,. Las puertas de las habitaciones cierran muy ruidosamente y se oyen desde dentro de la habitación. El inodoro pierde agua constantemente. No había información sobre la cafetería, debería haber información en las habitaciones. Incluso, debido a la ubicación del hotel, en una zona sin restaurantes, una cafetería o sencillo restaurante en el hotel todo el día daría resultado.

El hotel es limpio, confortable y económico. Bueno para dormir y seguir ruta, entremedio de las 3 capitales vascas. Está situado enmedio de la nada, al lado de una central eléctrica, en la carretera nacional. El pueblo está lejos, imprescindible moverse en coche. Es un hotel frío, no hay cafetería ni bar, ni en las cercanías.
