the two main advantages of this hotel are the super friendly staff and the amazing facilities (gym, wellness center, rooftop jacuzzi...)

The hotel was clean, well appointed and pleasant to be in. All staff were friendly and helpful except the receptionist on arrival.

On arrival, I was treated very poorly by the reception staff. I had not printed out the booking.com reservation but had the reservation details on my iphone. The receptionist greeted us by barking: "passport!" and gave no eye-contact or smile. When it arose that I didn't "have a paper", she started loudly teaching me about how it is when you go to a hotel. She just went on and on and on speaking to me in a very disrespectful manner." I just looked at her incredulously, and shocked. The way she was speaking to me was if I had just committed a crime. I eventually interupted her rant and asked her how she could be of assistance to me. Eventually she capitulated and booked me. At this point, I was so flustered by her behavour that I forgot the pin number of my credit card! Thank goodness, a friend was with me and covered my cost. Other staff in the hotel were very friendly. I just believe that you should not have individuals like that as front-line staff. They are better employed where they are not as exposed to tired travellers on the arrival desk.

We had a great time all round. No complaints whatever!.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was v good and the bar prices were v reasonable. The spa was outstanding.

This was a great hotel. Great breakfasts and dinners for free. Loads of choice. Large hotel room. Nice gym, very large swimming pool, really nice spa. You hardly need to leave the hotel but if you do the beach is not too far for your average person. Weather was spectacular in early January. I will come back to this hotel many times.

Some had stated that the decor in the rooms was old. Even in luxury las vegas hotels the same thing applies. Lots of Germans and Scandinavians there, not that many english speakers. I'm fine with this but maybe some won't be. People were still pleasant and civil. I can't really fault this hotel for the price. Fantastic.

staff are fantastic and good entertainment, food also good.

good location of hotel it is close to center, beach is also not so very far if you go by foot or you use shuttle bus of hotel. staff is very friendly, great pool and garden so you can enjoy your coffee or whatever you drink and just relax, excellent spa, very nice jacuzzi on the roof of hotel, lots of different games in game room ...[you can not be bored] good value for money in compare to hotels in same range as others dont offer as much as you get in Eugenia V.

Lovely , lively hotel you will not get bored here even if it rains there is the underground pool/ wellness centre , food was great plenty of choice and plenty of tables at mealtimes and very courteous staff 10/10

We enjoyed the Wellness Centre and spa facilities and the large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds with cushions. The bathing/beach towel service was good. The staff were mostly friendly. The free cold drinking water fountain. The wide choice of food. The large outside bar with dancing. The free shuttle to the beach. The parrot show. In the room the balcony was good and the TV service had news channels plus one entertainment channel in English. There was plenty of wardrobe space. The beds were comfortable. There was a 24 hour reception and a reliable wake-up call.

The entertainment team in the hotel were poor and they 'performed' in the Drago Bar at least three times during the week. Other shows from 'outside' performers were better. During the Bingo session the numbers were not called out in English! The configuration of the rooms meant that the bedrooms had no natural light, only secondary light through the corridor but the room size was quite generous. The decor was very dated and although there was a large fan in the bedroom there was no air conditioning. We could only recommend the hotel with these reservations.

A bit expansive for the actual quality.

Everything was excelent! Free parking by the hotel, big swimming pool, three bars by the pool. The price was very good for such kind of service. That was the best resort hotel I've ever stayed in!

My room was maked up only after lunch. They did not put a new soap for me when the old one was finished!

Fijn hotel met goede variatie in eten, all inclusive formule is hier perfect naar onze mening.

Eigenlijk niets !

Le wellness center était tout simplement magnifique! Un havre de paix qui permet de se détendre. Les équipements sont très nombreux. Les repas étaient variés. La chambre était très grande (il y a uniquement des suites) et elles sont toutes dirigées vers la piscine et la mer.

Rien à redire.

Rommene var ikke up to date, altfor mørke farger.

All in complet avec un grand choix aussi bien le midi que le soir avec vins compris pas mauvais. Jus d'orange frais le matin sans supplément, salle de sport spacieuse, centre de thalasso accessible et très bien, chambre spacieuse, wi-fi partout dans l'hôtel, cyber-café gratuit. Repas de bonne qualité toute la journée et choix des boissons assez étendu.

Parfois trop de bruit à cause de la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres ( hôtel plus vieux ) et surtout à cause des gens non respectueux du sommeil des autres la nuit!! Il faut réserver sa chaise tôt le matin car beaucoup viennent mettre leurs essuies...

Het steeds TERUGKERENDE"" duo CHOCOLATE" muziek gebracht door een koppel die daarVIJF dagen onafgebroken, alleen maar staan om de centen ,die duidelijk Géén enkele taal machtig zijn ,,dus fonetische klanken uitstoten,, ,wanneer je het nummer herkend ,zing je het beste zélf mee...Gewoon amateurisme ,,,,,bah!!!

Hej !! Ett utmärkt hotell, med bra rum fina faciliteter och god mat återkommer gärna med hela min familj. Hoppas då kunna få samma rum igen. Utöver detta var det prisvärt. Hälsning Claes-Göran Skogh
