Perfect location, right across railway station and close to the most of city attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Noisy and dirty

Hotel in city centre and reasonably priced. Metro line 3 from the Airport to Xativa the hotel stop, takes 20mins. Stops at the beginning of the hotel road. 1Min to metro and Buses very convenient. Shops, restaurants and landmarks surrounds the hotel. A lively area full of fun. Staff were polite, friendly, speaks English and very helpful. They help with directions to anywhere one wants to go. Free leaflets and Information given on how to get to places. 24Hrs reception, Any complaints like noise from other guest were immediately dealt with and corrected. Customer services is excellent. Hotel has lift, Rooms cleaned everyday, hot water,small tv,heater, A/c, mirrors, comfortable bed, telephone in the room for receiving only and calling reception. Single fitted wardrobe, shower. Free Wi Fi in a large lounge. I enjoyed my 5 nights in the hotel. Will stay there again, and will recommend it to people.

Great location in centre of Valencia, pedestrianised area full of restaurants. Approx 400 metres from Xativa metro and Valencia main train station. Rooms were very simply furnished but immaculately clean, also surprisingly quiet. Gent on desk very friendly and helpful. This is a traditional, simply furnished hotel that is great value for money and I will definately use it again.

I paid for breakfast which was taken in cafe next door. It would have been much cheaper to pay the cafe's own prices.

The staff had a good knowledge of the area.

Rooms were clean. Staff were pleasant and the location perfect.

Excellent situation in a pedestrianised street close to main raiway station and Metro. The old town is a short walk away. There is a good range of shops and restaurants in the street outside.

Steps up to door (caused me only slight difficulty)

Its location was great, close to almost everything.... Value for money..

The Internet Wi-fi range could have been extended to the cover the rooms as well.

We were given an option of a twin room with a street view or a very small double bedroom with no windows. The doors/walls were very thin, so you could hear people coming in all night.

The location is great. In 2 minutes from train station. In 7-10 minutes from the Old Town. If you are walking from the bus station it will take 20 minutes to reach the hotel. The hotel is located on lively street where laods of places to eat can be found. Shopping places also are near by. The room was bid enough and clean. On the 1st floor there is a big common area with wireless access to internet. I did not order breakfast hence can not comment on it.

No internet in the rooms. Everything else is pretty good.

Great location! Easy to find, easy to get around, and surprisingly quiet if you can get a room on the inside. Rooms facing the street might be loud though.

Floors weren't the cleanest I've seen, but not the dirtiest either. All in all, it was perfectly fine for what it cost.

Wonderful position, 20 mt next to Plaza Ajuntamento,50mt to the Underground, and next to the rail station and bus stops.Room with private bath and air condition. Good for quality and price. Polite staff.

If you're looking for quality and comfort, this is NOT Hotel for you. If you are looking for a small and clean room to base yourselves at whilst in Valencia, where you are only in the room to wash and sleep, this IS the Hotel for you. We had a twin room for 5 nights. It had air conditioning, a little TV and own small bathroom (very small). It was basic, clean, towels changed and maid service every day we were there giving it a quick freshen up. The Reception was 24 hours, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The location of the Hotel is Brilliant. It's 2 minutes walk from Xavista Metro, and at the top of a lovely "strip" of Bars/Cafe's and Restaurants with outdoor seating there. If you have ever been to Las Ramblas in Barcelona, it's like that, but without the traffic. The station is on the Direct Line from the Airport, so you only have one Metro to catch to get there. There's a Subway and a McDonalds on the same street, and a Burger King on the next Street, so if you dont fancy eating at one of the Cafe's/Restaurants, you can grab something else. There's also a Kebab Shop/Pub/Restaurant too. Overall, if you're not bothered about the standard of the room, but want to be somewhere cheap, cheerful and in the best location possible, book here.

Small and very basic, but we knew that before we went and paid right price.

Location only in the centre of the City.

Receptin staff very rude and unhelpful, hotel very noisy with other guest, very dated and rooms in poor condition, bathroom very small, every time other rooms turned on their taps a loud screeching noise from the plumbing system. Most certainly the worse run hotel I have ever stayed!!!

So close to the City'e center, actually in it. You can find Good restaurant around the hotel. But acording to the quality of the hotel, prize is higher than you expected.
