Decent quality rooms. Majority of staff very friendly and helpful. Location to beach and train station were good. Wide variety of food at the buffet.
Toilet tended to get smelly some days, sewerage smell. Pool not as good as the pictures show it to be. Paying for the WiFi is ridiculous, 4 euro a day. One staff member who worked at the buffet was extremely rude. Brown haired woman about 55 years old.
Friendly staff, tasty meal, live in the streetview room but it was quiet in the night, good ratio - price-quality
Paid wi-fi (not fast!), safe, iron; old towels
Really enjoyed this hotel food great. Nice rooms.lovely hotel .
Some of the staff were possible the rudest people I have ever encountered. One waiter who we had for 2 lunches in a row actually never communicated with us at all just grunted and it was not a language problem .cause I speak spanish and english.
Great staff, good variety of food. Receptionist Birute did a great job! Lots of free parking space behind hotel(end of September)
Old towels in the rooms and always not fully dry. wine marks on the wall on arrival. No proper shower curtain in the room 405...floor was always wet. On the end of September water in the pool is aprox. 17 C, which is to cold...21 C was written on the information board. Soft drinks free only for breakfast. One lady on reception had poor English knowledge
Good shows in evening for kids
Bar closes at midnight
Price of beer
Food and entertainment
Rooms dated and noisy neighbors
The bed was horrible, softer sleep on the floor. We asked for double bed, they gave us twin beds. Reception staff could work in a amusement park haunted house. They forgot how to smile.
The buffet was good-loads of choices. Sparkling wine for breakfast :)The room was nice, the shower was spacious. Helpful staff. Overall very good stay
Tired crockery, tableware and towels require replacement.
The buffet was good loads of choices. The shower had good pressure. Beds were comfy. Would stay here again. :)
Reception staff were rude at times. Elevators kept breaking. No Wifi in the rooms.
The food and staff were excellant
the towels were old and thin
Clean rooms, clean pool, good food and lovely staff, excellent value for money
There is nothing not to like
Rooms were clean and good selection of food at breakfast-can not comment on other meals as I was not all inc/full board.
Very family orientated, supplied by uk and other country holiday companies. Pool side cramed with people puffing cigarettes non stop-unbearable in such a small space. Nil non smoking area outside. Not a peaceful resort in any way, and expensive costing for b & b considering single travellers in the hotel. I would locate elsewhere for future as very package holiday hell pool side beer drinking/smoke resort. Noisy with budget entertainment until near midnight most nights. Clean hotel. Staff helpful and fair breakfast, but expensive/night for single person.
Near the beach .. lots to do for kids , kids program and mini disco after dinner also theres a nightclub on the basement kids are allowed to go The food was great lots to chose from .. be careful of the meat though , my pork ribs still raw !!!!
They have a drainage problem our room smelt sooooooo bad , i reported it 3 times and was told to run the tap and flush when the smell stops , house keeping is a joke , they never swept the floor and did not fluff up the covers when they made the bed so if u leave anything on your bed you will find it neatly made under your sheets ! The towels were white now are a disgusting grey thin look ( ps do not use em) .our fan did not work its boiling hot in the night! The room phone dont work , you have to hire a kettle €1 /day , no iron in the room . This hotel is not 3 stars at all .. more like 1 star ... l would go back to the same area but definately not the same hotel !!!!!!! Its not clean at all , i would not recommend it especially if you have kids ,
We had a good weekend. Relax...
The food was not really good. There are some dishes, but not to much to choose. The pool is always full and if your are not quicker, you'll no have space in the solarium!
The hotel was clean, the maid did her best everyday staff were helpful.
Evening entertainment was the same dry night which was very disappointing
Good location and nice cleaning staff
Reception staff not very helpful Rooms on small size
Pool,kids club, staff at pool,
Room to small no fridge in room
Room was ok but tiny
Ants on my bed! Shower flooded the bathroom , one change of towels in 3 days . I was charged an extra 2 euro for having no ice in my drink . Bar woman was rude shall I go on was really angry at treatment , full board does not include drins with meals as advertised !
Food poor Lack of atmosphere in dining / bar area Pool far too small for size of hotel Had to pay to use gym
We stayed for a week with a 13 week old baby and a 2 year old, which I was slightly dreading but it was all very easy, really recommend this place if you have young kids. It was also quiet - not a very rowdy clientele - but lively enough to not be boring. Buffet was really surprisingly good, great range of fresh and locally-sourced foods, plus all the usual chips and pizza stuff. My fussy-eater toddler was happy. We also brought our wide double-buggy which was risky but paid off - the lift and even our room door were just wide enough for it!
Seemed to be a kids play area on website which was one of the reasons we chose it but didn't actually see it at all (maybe it does exist, somewhere). However, there was enough to do - pool, entertainment, beach, plus a great playground a few mins walk from hotel.
Buffet food very good and good choices. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed.
Entertainment at night not good. Not enough parasols for shade at pool area. Charges for Wifi.
kids entertainment not great
great breakfast buffet, also reception desk arranges two bicycles for the day, great
