Eurostars Madrid Tower  

A modern, well designed novel hotel. Superb views and good value for money. All features and facilities exactly as described pre visit.

My daughter arrived at the hotel first and checked in. Reception staff were very professional, helpful and welcoming. She was most impressed with the room and facilities then she left to collect me from the airport. On our arrival back at the hotel, by taxi we were not allowed to approach the front of the building. It had been cordoned off due to the stay of the Barcelona football team. We alighted from the taxi and my daughter showed staff her room key card. It made no difference that we were guests in the hotel. We were directed to a side entrance. Not impressed! We may not be VIPs but the test of a 5 star hotel is making all guests feel,welcome.on check out the receptionist asked if everything had been okay but clearly didn't care when answered. Had intended to stay again this weekend but have decided against it!

The absolutely unacceptable reception my spouse received ruined the entire stay.

The reception was insensitve, inconsiderate, unhelpful and totally unacceptable for a supposedly premier hotel.

The eurostars was an excellent hotel where the staff and facilities made our stay really enjoyable. It is definately a 5* hotel and i would recommend it to anybody.

The location is much to be desired but there is a metro station just about 100 meters from the hotel where you can easily get into the city centre in approximately 15 to 29 minutes. There are also buses which leave from right outside but do not go right into the city centre. Breakfast is also expensive at 25€ per person but on your way to the metro there is a McDonalds which does breakfast for a few euros and they have various choices avaliable. All in all a great [place to stay

the bed was wonderfully comfortable. i liked the design and decor of the room and hotel facilities. breakfast was delicious with lots of options. although i didn't include breakfast with my booking, i did choose to eat there 2 of the 3 days of my stay and have it added to my bill. the dining areas on the top floor have a good view. the staff were always helpful and prompt.

it was further from downtown than i had realized. the metro takes awhile to get around and i didn't want to waste my limited time, so i found using taxis to be much more time efficient if less budget friendly. i felt the spa could have been cleaner, especially for a monday evening when no other clients were there when i arrived. it sounds like larger sized robes are not readily available at the spa. they weren't sure if one could be found when i inquired. they did find one, though.

Very modern and contemporary looking hotel. Very comfortable bed. Felt very relaxed on my stay.

The spa is a nice facility but the temperature of the rooms and the jacuzzi water was quite cold.

No such mentioned in the annexes to his shoe bath room and also to La Paz and also the bathroom television is very bad and difficult-to-use five-star hotel Hmab very strange Almroch bath water when swimming out of the bathroom door to the room directly! This is very bad And also the reception is not good deal never racists somewhat with the Arabs without a new deal with foreign The positions of the car are very expensive and in very remote location

A fabulous hotel- it was pure luxury and well worthy of it's 5 stars! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family! It was a little bit out from the city centre but was right beside the 'Begona' metro. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable! The little touches such as chocolates on the pillows at night as well as the weather forecast for the following day were fantastic!
