My son is doing an internship in Madrid and I came to visit him. We chose this hotel because it had a gyma nd spa and we envisaged making use of it and having a pampering, luxurious weekned. We could not believe at a 5 star hotel the use of the spa was not complimentary, we were asked for €29/hour to use the plunge pool, sauna and turkish bath, and the massages started at €80 ofr 30 minutes! It was half an hour away from the centre, on a huge dual carriageway, so it felt like we were stuck in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do. The view was compromised by a huge building site next door and the toiletries were mean (not even two of everything such as shampoo!) and the complimentary drink was one glass of very sweet sangria - not what I expect from a supposedly designer 5 star hotel.

It was so great ;) ideal for love experience

One of the best hotels in Madrid if it wasn't the best. The staff professionalism, attention to details, the room facilities, the bed comfort and the food variety and quality. If you want to stay in 5* hotel in Madrid, then Eurostars hotel is the one to go too.

The Eurostars Madrid Tower is a gorgeous facility with very large and comfortable rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. We stayed at the hotel for the last day of our two week trip to Europe, and it was by far the best hotel we had stayed at. In fact, we had already been in Madrid for a couple of days at the beginning of the trip, and we both agreed that we should have stayed at Eurostars the entire time.

The only two drawbacks are that the hotel is quite far from the City center, and that there are not too many food options outside the hotel. However, there is a metro stop less than 2 blocks away, which can take you directly into town and to/from the airport. We highly recommend this hotel.

Its so modern hotel and the location is very good. Internet free and the staff is helpfull.

Only there TV dont have Arabic channels

The hotel didn't transfer people after check out to airport.

Eurostars Madrid Tower is a 5 star hotel and I mean it and can repeat again - 5 star one! Everything is 5 star there - staff, rooms, restaurant, morning buffet. The staff at the reception is very polite and what is most important - helpful. Using the opportunity - I wish to thank Jamie and other staff members. I would list all of them, but didn't memorise their names, however hotel management can check who was working during our stay (a couple from Australia, room 1913) from 2 to 6 Jan 2012. for their help and the way they treated us (like VIPs!). The only minor disadvantage is that the hotel location is a bit away from City Centre, however short taxi ride (some 10-15min) fixes that. Taxi in Madrid is not expensive and there are plenty on the roads, so it worth staying in a better hotel even if it is outside the City Centre and main attractions.
