+ Location + Room Size is good + Staff is Courteous
- WiFi is slow
Walking distance to Bernabéu.(20 mins) Nice, clean and spacious room Excellent view of the mountains in the room. Right beside metro station.
Restaurant seemed to have closed down. Wifi pretty slow
facilities generally good
staff were not to friendly, got in a bit early 12pm , was told room would be ready in 15 minutes waited 1 and half hours, reception staff were not to helpfull with much at all
During our euro trip it was the only hotel where the staff couldn't find us a big taxi for 4 people with 4 big luggage. We had to take 2 taxis to the airport instead of 1.
Rooms were in excellent condition, with all mod-cons; area was better than expected: no noise; metro hub across the road. This hotel was real luxury for a good price.
The staff could have been more helpful in telling us what was on offer in the hotel but I think this is normal for this kind of business/four-star hotel
The location is perfect also the price was very good for December.
It looks a 3 star hotel and not 4 star. The room didn't smell clean and we hadn't towels. After ask for the towels with didn't receive an apologize for it.
Location near metro was very convenient, and the size of the room was good.
Wish there would be a kettle in the room and that the bathrooms would smell more fresh after cleaning.
I like the location of it and the views it was really good connected to metro and bus stations they are in front of the hotel
I didn't like the room service they don't answer and there service is poor
Room was spacious and the Queen bed was comfortable . we would like to compliment the Reception Counter Staff name PAULO for his warm & friendly approach during our stay & always willing to help us out with our queries .
the Extra Bed provided was not comfortable , the metal spring was sinking when son lay to sleep . on a separate note - sad there was no facillities for Money Changer. The banks only service clients / customers who holds accounts with them.
At first they gave us two beds connected to each other while we prefer a real king size bed
Reasonable hotel, good location, nice breakfast.
Sending me garbage mail. It is enough to nevet stay there again. No vegetables for breakfast
Location Convenience Wi-Fi fast, reliable and free
Filthy carpet on floors
Spacious rooms, nice modern design (somehow hotel owners in EU seem to ignore the design... not in this one!), very nice view, easy to find, close to metro and transport, yet it was very quite (I did not hear other guests neither the city was noisy!) knowledgeable stuff provided info and recommendations. Overall, a great hotel to stay.
The bed quality could be better for a 4-star hotel: I do not understand why would they use spring-box beds while there are great foam ones available. Another tiny thing is that I was not provided the instructions for the wifi login at check-in. I think they should be written right at the key card.
Hotel was very nice, location was great for visiting Real Madrid FC. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
cleanlyness nice relaxed atmosphere value for money happy helpfull staff
no coffie making facilaties in room
Good location ideal for metro system
No mention that hotel restaraunt closed on the 1st July when booking online!!
Tasteful rooms with good beds and nice bathrooms. Carpet and some other items might soon need some refurbishment. Internet free & easy. In my room (510) the shower was giving little water flow, the day after it was already better for reason of general repairs on water supply. But still the shower was kind of after market repair thingy. Hotel is well-situated directly next to Metro entrance. Easy to go into town. Breakfast is good with very wide choice of food and drinks. You really have to go up in time to enjoy that! I will stay here again. Good price - quality ratio.
As mentioned the hotel is getting a bit older and could use a minor refurbishment here and there. The cafeteria & restaurant were closed, but there are plenty of (good) restaurants and cafes around - no worry.
Breakfast was good.
Shower was very poor. Full size mirror in the dark corner of the room. Need to apply new passwords for WiFi every other day (ridiculous if one is staying for several days). No bar or restaurant in the hotel (no info on that at the time of the booking). Prices of laundry service are very steep.
Close enough to the airport and you need an awful lot of time at Madrid's airport. Nice restaurants around. Lobby staff was very accommodating.
We weren't around long enough. Arrived at 9:00pm, left at 6:30am
Good location right beside metro
Very hard to find and not walking distance to charmartin with cases. Switch on the external lights we arrived at night and had to be shown where the hotel was.
Location and staff were great
Wifi was poor and hotel still has frozen some of my money even though I checked out 2 days ago
