Good hotel, value for money, good location
Breakfast buffet could be better. Wifi stop working sometimes but was OK most of the time.
Easy to take metro. Quiet and spacious. Bed is comfortable. Good price.
Excellent location, next to Metro, value for money is excellent
Parking at the hotel is expensive. I believe that parking for customers should be free. The car park was 3/4 empty.
Everything was perfect.
- Great price for a four star hotel - Clean, comfortable and very well serviced. - Underground parking at a reasonable price. - We mainly travelled to smaller towns near Madrid so the location is perfect. It's near the highway and has easy access in and out of the city. - Also, the bus station and metro are right outside the front door
- It's not a good location for those who want to live right inside downtown. It's a 20 mins train ride to Gran Via metro station
The bed was very big, tha room was comfortable and everything was very clean.
The shower wasn't working properly, on our second day there was no hot water. And we had some trouble with the air conditioning.
Very good value for the money. Location is very good: even though a bit far away from the city center, it is close to metro station so you can go anywhere easily. Calm at night. Cleaniness level very good. Very good choice for business trip as well.
Air-conditioning was set to very low and it was impossible to make room a bit warmer. Even though I chose +5 to standard, room and bathroom were still cold while taking a shower etc. No possibility to shut it off and it does make a bit of noise.
Value for money, location, amenities... Pretty much everything
Maybe we had bad luck, but shower pressure was really poor.
Spacious room. Good Metro connections, very easy to get around. Very Clean.
The gym was very small and basic. There was no kettle or iron in room.
Wi-finals restrictions on number of users and poor speed
From the check-in to the check out, the whole experience was fantastic!
Location, helpful staff and the price for a very comfortable stay.
I didn´t like anything on this Hotel.
First thing is they didn´t even have a Cafeteria to have a coffee or a snack, according to the staff Cafeteria was closed on July until further...so guests have to walk outside to find a place to eat or have a snack.closest a McDonalds- downstairs sad. Not even a snack machines with Cokes. Rooms where old and carpet dirty.
Family room bed and bathroom
All, Location was spotless, on top of a Metro station, clean bathroom and excellent beds
Great location and a friendly staff
1 min walking to metro station, nice facility and staff
The staff is very unconcerned when we told them we lost bag in the lobby.
- location is good for us: near the highway, we mostly traveled to small towns outside of Madrid. When we didn't, we took the metro that's literally 5 steps away. It was very convenient. - Parking: the hotel comes with a secure underground parking with elevator. - Price: maybe because it's not in downtown? The price is very down to earth.
The location is good in the sense that it's very close to the metro and the bus station, but to those who'd like to stay close to the city center it's probably not the best choice. It takes about 25 mins or so travel time to arrive at Gran Via.
Comfortable room, large bed, lovely and quiet.
Breakfast not fantastic, just ok
The location is excellent. It's very close Real Madrid stadium. The price is good. It is spacious and the beds are nice
The door keykept deactivating. The Wi-Fi disconnected from my phone and I had to go downstairs and ask for another code, that happened a couple of times. The elevator is tiny and a little bit rickety.
Staff is very helpful and nice.. Over all its fabulous
The card key is always not working..i wasnt offered if i want to try the breakfast.....
Right next to Metro. Value for money. Its like a Premier Inn but a bit more classy. Very comfortable. Good air con in the rooms, decent toiletries. Good staff.
