close to metro.
The location is very good, walking distance of all the major sites and 5 minutes from the main squares. Bars and restaurants on the door step. Rooms are small but modern and clean. Wifi is free and works fine.
There was no hot water for one of the three days so we were given a small discount. It was hard to sleep as the room was stifling hot, the heating is centrally controlled so there was no way to turn it down. Quite a lot to pay for sleepless nights.
Location was perfect, and good value for money
The staff was very friendly, responsive, helpful and professional. The room was modern, well equipped and quiet.
Wifi was slow in the evenings
Everything was great!

Liked it all. Easy to get around. Nice people
It was a very nice stylish hotel. We had a big cosy room with comfortable bed and a very clean modern bathroom. The breakfast was very delicious, with a very large variety of food, fruits, desserts and coffees. The location was great! Just near the metro station, in a quiet nice neighborhood close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpfull especially the gentleman who was in the breakfast hall. I really loved this hotel it and I recommend it with no doubt!
I really don't have anything negative to mention.
Great location, very clean, comfortable and modern, staff very helpful and pleasant.
The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable with excellent service and facilities. Excellent position for visiting and getting around Madrid easily. I would recommend it to other visitors and would definitely return,
Good location Reception is very helpful Big room compare with Paris hotel
Internet is very slow very limited options on breakfast
Location, current look of facilities
Staff could receive some additional customer relations training
Great trip to Spain
Airco was not working anymore because of the time of year. It was 30 degrees.....
Central location near all places of interest
The proximity with Plaza Mayor and subway
I have to run minutes before the siesta to buy a Conditioneer cream to be able to wash my hair upon my arrival . The hotel was unable to provide it.
Location is excellent for visiting the city centre and is near a metro station, but almost everything is at a walking distance. Modern, new hotel with very adequate (not too big, not too small) and very clean and sound-proof rooms. Good beds and pillows. Breakfast offers a decent choice of cold and warm food, including fresh fruits.
Although WiFi connection worked, it could have been faster. No day-to-day variety regarding breakfast options. To get to the breakfast room (which is in building A) from building B one has to either descend to ground floor level and then take another levator up, or ascend to the B's top floor and take the emergency exit and walk in the open air to the breakfast room's entrance. But no big deal. Street somewhat shabby with unpleasant looking characters; but again no big deal.
