Good value for money. Nice gym and sauna. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Jacuzzi bathtub. Friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Location is a bit far from the center but the bus stop is close. Location is not great for sightseeing but good for business.

Great room, all facilities. Jacuzzi style bath, great views of Valencia. Bar was a little lacking in atmosphere (no ambient music etc) and closed at 11:30 at night.

The rooms were clean, the parking was easy and it was central to where we needed to be. The rooms do not have any drinks making facilities, there is no kettle in the rooms so we will not be using the hotel again and will not be recommending it to our clients that attend the trade fairs in Valencia.

The hotel was great, it starts from 14th floor so always a good view, great location for metro (tube), we went for the Fallas 19th March and it's only 3 stops to centre or a couple of times we did walk it which is only about 4km, parking was perfect underneath the hotel. Would definately stay again and you need to walk loads to see all the Fallas so it was ideal. We also had a jacuzzi in the bath which was fab, found hotel quiet despite all the fireworks going off! We just stayed the one night. Good choice.

We stayed for 5 nights when in the city to watch Stoke City's Europa League match against Valencia in February. It was about a minutes walk from the Metro station which gave easy access to the city centre, the airport and the beach. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with a large variety of foods and we had an evening meal in the hotel on our first night which was excellent (and very good value). The gym was small, but on the two occasions we used it we were the only people in there. The rooftop pool was lovely, but the water was too cold for us to use it when we visited (in Winter, so understandable). The view from the hotel was fabulous, we could see the sea from our room and it offered fantastic views of the city. There is nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

The view from 22nd floor is great! Romantic pack from this hotel is very nice (free breakfast, parking, welcome bottle of wine and chocolates, jacuzzi). Breakfast with fresh orange juice and fresh fruits, variety of meet and cheese, etc. Very close to metro (Beniferri station - yellow line) - 50 m! If you don't smoke, then ask for a non-smoking room and check the smell in the room (in our room there was a strong smell of cigarettes). The room facilities are rather old but clean and everything works perfectly.

Nicely decorated room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were always attentive and helpful. Short walk to conference center. Very short walk to subway station. No washcloths but that might very well be a custom of the city and/or country instead of an oversight by the hotel.
