Helpful staff

Expensive internet facilities. Food wasn't that great (breakfast and dinners, in fact, I refused to pay for one of the meals it was that poor which is not a good reflection on a "4 star" hotel). The swimming pool really ought to be heated for cooler times of the year.

we liked the big room, the jacuzzi and the pool area on the roof. The hotel was near train and metro station

Beautiful hotel. Lots of fantastic facilities. Must go to the roof pool terrace to see the sun set over the city - stunning! Spacious rooms. Secure parking. Good air conditioning. Near the metro. Lovely hotel bar on 14th floor. Wonderful bathrooms.

Not central to the city but it does have a metro stop so that makes it easier. Staff a little unattentive and abrupt at times.

The fact that it is graded 5 stars and has no ironing facilities, or tea/coffee making facilities. Small rooms. No plan B when coffee machine breaks down at breakfast

The bed and mattress were very comfortable. Staff gave us a larger room as we were travelling with two children. The welcome children and don’t charge them for breakfast like Tryp Azafata did. They know that’s not acceptable to charge 15 euros more for a child breakfast. The view was great. You can park you car around for free.

Some repairs in the room need to be done, specially in the bathroom. About the question if it’s four or five stars it’s not very important for me as it was comfortable, clean and friendly. Signals to the hotel doesn’t exist! I had to follow them for to Novotel and Ibis as I knew they were close.

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast was super. We had difficulty finding hotel since it shares the building with two other hotels. Novetel & IBIS..there logos are clearly seen from boulverd. There is no logo/signage for EUROSTAR..other than the name way at the top of building stating Gran Valencia..so that was a bit fustrating also the City does not have the hotel markers found on the
