Very nice, clean and close to Sagrada Familia hotel.

The staff is very kind and they are enthusiastic. The room is very clean and the room size is good not small. I really like there and it's very near the metro station, just 2~3 min walk.

Great location near Sagrada Familia. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Extra bed for third person was comfortable which is not always common. Would return and recommend to others. Very pleased!!!

Location and really good rooms

A very pleasant hotel, but rather noisy with the traffic. The room itself was very spacious. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The kingsize bed was fantastic but very hard and not comfortable to us. The room service was too expensive

In the resepsjon, what with a smile and a hallo?

The hotel is as stylish as it appears at the pictures. It overlooks a crossings but the windows are soundproof. The design is simple and calming. The rooms are very clean and I very much appreciated that there are proper bed covers, not just a sheet and and some suspicious blanket you in many cases get in Spain (and other southern countries). I loved the fact the matrace is resilient because I hate too soft beds.Some of the rooms have atypical and very appealing shape. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and cream to prepare yourself what I very mich appreaciate. It is a hotel exactly as it should be - nice, clean, quite and giving a safe feeling. Perfectly located - on Plaza Catalunya within 10 minutes, at the airport in 45 minutes, not even 5 minutes walk from the emblematic Sagrada Familia.

The only 2 things I would suggest are both rather meant for the Grupo Hotusa as such, not to the hotel itself because met my expectations perfectly: a) change the manufacturer of the complimentary shower gel - it feels like a dishwashing liquid - there are for sure companies which would be able to offer better stuff for the same price, b) next time building a hotel do ryally invest yet a bit more into sound isolations. Not from outside, the windows are perfect,. But in between the rooms and the rooms and corridors. The feel of luxury is not only about the flawless design of the rooms, it is about the silence you get in the rooms.

The hotel is small but clean and some of the staff were very helpful, others were, couldn't careless attitude. The room was a decent size for Europe and the hotel was easy to get to by road, tube and bus but a good 20 minute walk to the centre of town.

The maids did not change the bedding and we had to ask all the time. A/c didn't work until they found out it was wired backwards. Wash hand basin drain was plugged and bad smell but they did come and fix it. The room cleaning staff should notice these things when they clean the room and have them fixed, not the client. Need to train their staff.

Location is perfect. 5 minutes hike from Sagrada Familia, 10-15 minutes from La Rambla. Metro station is in 50m from hotel.

Restraunt was out of order and menu for room service is rather limited. Also hotel lacks swimming pool and spa.
