Friendly and efficient staff, free parking in the area

Excellent and very helpful front desk staff

The staff is very friendly. The hotel and room are clean and their design is modern. Overall, the hotel gives a very nice feeling to us. It's just by the El Corte Ingles of Leon city.

The hotel is not exactly in the central of the city. While it takes less than 5 minutes to reach the old town area, it takes about 10-15 minutes of walk to Casa Botines, Deputacion and Cathedral de Leon. The good thing is the walk is nice.

A pity no WiFi in rooms

Staff very helpful, room and bathroom spacious, clean and modern furnished. Free wi-fi and location nice, 15 min. Walk from the main streets of the city. Next to a shopping centre. Would definitely suggest this hotel.

Breakfast could be included in the price. It was not expensive (9 euros/person), but could be included in the room's price.Due to restricted programme did not have the chance to take breakfast though. Room' could have been cheaper, as friends of ours stayed in a hotel of the same category and of the same quality, 10 mins.car ride from the city, 30-40 euros cheaper (breakfast included)

This was an ideal hotel to visit the old town of Leon. The receiptionist couldn't be more helpful. We parked our car in the underground car park of the Hotel. We was a charge for this but better than having it parked in a street. The space was allocated too small for our car and we got it changed. This was a problem all along. We had a vw Passat. Enjoyed ourstay here very much.

For a w/end break, we wanted a hotel within a walk of old town but reliable in terms of comfort and facilities and not noisy at night. The hotel ticked all these boxes. 15 minute walk to Cathedral. Modern, clean building/decor. Good space in room. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Quiet streets outside. Reliable no-nonsense style.

We specifically asked, when booking, for a double bed, not 2 singles but we got 2 singles in the room. Hairdryer in room was not up to the job. It kept cutting out with a minute's wait before it would go again. The hotel does not have much character but we were not expecting it to; this was not important to us.

Helpful staff at reception and at breakfast (good choice). Well equipped room. Accessible (by car) with clear instructions for a city location. Hotel is 10-15 minute walk from historic city centre but well located with Corte de Ingles just across the road.

Not quite 4 star as bathroom not quite as clean and in good repair as might be expected.
