The location was not in the old city but was within an 8-10 minute walk. There were many cafe's around which even served free and exceptional pastries to go with your coffee.

This hotel is just opposite El Corte Ingles (department store). There is paid parking underground - use this as there is hardly any free parking bays on the streets or nearby parking lot. It was fortunate we used it, as snow covered all other cars on the street overnight. Easy access to restaurants. Waitress service at breakfast, friendly staff at reception who gave clear directions to what we wanted to find.

The staff was fantastic, very helpful and one of the best I've seen during my trips. I would definitely stay here again and I can recommend it. Location is great and there are plenty shops around the hotel for cheap breakfast or quick buying (water,drinks,fruit,etc)

Room 409. We wanted a matrimonial bed instead of two singles but unfortunately it wasn't possible. The towel rail wasn´t working and wi- fi wasn't available (only cable) and in my opinion for a 4 star hotel it's a must.

We chose this hotel, because we had already stayed in it about a year earlier and had been very satisfied with the experience. As expected, we were not disappointed. The rooms was well-equipped in a modern style and comfortable. An originally assigned room with a double bed was immediately changed on request to one with a twin bed (which we prefer) -- commendable flexibility of the hotel staff. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes on foot from the bus station and about the same distance from the cathedral.

Purpose of our stay was a family trip during holidays with a one day stop in Leon. Nice hotel, clean and available personal. Unfortunately a bit far away from the City center and historical places for tourists like us. Note : Cortes Ingles shopping mall just the other side of the street.

We only stayed for one night. The hotel is according the expectations for a 4-stars hotel: The location is relatively comfortable to visit the city. It is 10-15 minutes walking from the Barrio humedo and the Cathedral . The surroundings consist of residential blocks and the mall "Et corte Ingles" is almost in front of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, spacious enough for three persons. Parking is available at about 10 euros/day.

The price was right.

Parking was really difficultult, and the staff spoke so quickly that it was hard to understand their Spanish. They realized they were dealing with English speakers, but made no accommodations for that. No Internet in the room even when it was promised.

Good wifi connection in the room, (the lady on reception told me it was only available in reception ???). Quiet area. Slept well.

The shower - very modern, but the design of the shower-head meant I only got a jet fired at me. Staff very impersonal - a welcoming smile would be nice.

Handy location, old part is 15-20 minutes walk away.

Rooms was a bit hot and a/c was ineffectual!

Modern business hotel with all accommodations (e.g. room safe). Free parking only 100m away. Very nice bar/cafeteria for cheap breakfast is opposite of the hotel, open from 9am even on Sundays. We had a spacious room in the 6th floor with nice view over the city.

The price vs location was excellent. I asked for a quite room and they provided me one.

A very modern hotel with very good facilities. It was clean. It was so technically modern that the bathroom fixtures were hard to figure out. The breakfast was too expensive, but there is next door a small cafe that was a super-deal.
