A great location, very clean! Almost a brand new feel to the property.
The beach is just across the street from the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is quite good.
No bad comments..!!!
Position was very convenient for the resort beaches and tourist shopping. Plenty of resteraunts
Elevator was small
The hotel is excellent. They met all of our requirements we were looking for when booking a hotel. The staff is friendly, especially Xavier receptionist. The view from the hotel is very nice. The rooms are neat and clean, breakfast excellent. We recommend this hotel. If we ever decide to go back to holiday in Lloret, we will choose this hotel.
The only negative thing is a little bit poor insulation.
Room is spacious and clean. The beach is just across the street from the hotel. In front of the hotel is a street with a number of fine restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel is quite good.
The hotel has no parking. On the street outside the hotel has a public parking lot that which is constantly filled. The price of parking in garages for 3 hours is about 8 euros and the town parking lot is about 20 euros a day, which means that if you're going on holiday by car will cost almost as another overnight
It was a little pricey
location, room, staff
The hotel is clean and nice, lovely crew and the breakfast was good. Good location. Recommend the sea view rooms.Pay that extra, it's worth it. Must say that i'm impressed that the beach outside is being cleaned every day and is good with clear water. If I go back to Lloret de Mar, I will stay at the same hotel. Easy access to the city in the alleys behind the hotel and moderate distance to the party and Disco street. No noice from the nightlife.
It's irritating with people smoking stinking cigarettes on the balcony and on the beaches and leaving the buts in the sand. Come on -there are plenty of trash cans. Thats has of cause nothing to do with the hotel
view from rooms distance to the beach distance to cafés/bars/restaurants
late check out 35 euros (but the hotel was empty) loud at nights we made a reservation for double room but there was one double bed and one single
Very nice & friendly people...
It is central and the beach is only a 20-metre walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful.
i would have liked to have had information about what is available in the hotel without having to ask at reception. For instance what to dial for intercommunication between rooms, if there is room service or not, if the tap water is drinkable or not...,etc. I also think that it would be nice to have a combination of pillows The ones in the hotel are too high and hard to sleep for some people. We were five people (3 rooms) and only two liked the pillows. It would also be a nice detail to have conditioner for your hair since it is a beach front hotel.
postion of hotel GREAT VEIW
Breakfast is very poor.
Smell in the room, small breakfast.
The location is perfect!
Be careful about the rooms without the see view and individual rooms. The wall view is not the same! I spent 4 days in January where there are no tourists in Lloret. Even though they had only 8 rooms occupied in the whole hotel they gave me an individual room with the wall view which was extremely small and uncomfortable. I asked twice in the recepcion but there was no good will. That was sad.
Location; Restaurant; Internet
No possability to buy a drink at night; parking is expensive; rooms are very small.
The view of the sea and position in Lloret. The magazine packed with information. The fiesta which was a complete surprise. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfasts - food, presentation and dining room on first floor.
Lack of parking or even local solutions to parking. Glad we didn't come in busy season. Also the rooftop facilities in advert were not available. The food in restaurant was good but the setting in evenings poor.
The receptionist, I believe her name was Gala, was very friendly and helpful when we arrived.
First problem we had was parking - very limited - managed to get space near hotel eventually. Car parking charges quite steep and had to keep getting tickets every 2 hrs (max time allowed). Not good as we had to keep rushing back. Free at certain times but had to be up by 8am to pay for parking. Room very small, 1 double and 1 single bed, booked twin beds only. Shower really tiny - just about room for me (8st) but problem for partner. No seats on balcony. Air con had been turned off for season - they said it was no longer summer - it was 80 +deg and sun shining into room! One working light. Light by bed fell apart as I touched it - others had no bulbs. Could not plug in mini fridge and only other light (table lamp) available as only 1 socket. No drinks in minibar although advertised in lift special offer on minibar prices?!? Bought our own to put in fridge. Young man sent to try to sort out lighting - he was a waiter (very pleasant) - could not resolve problem! Seems we were given very small room - larger rooms shown on website. Wonder whether clients who book through agents, rather than direct, are given inferior rooms. We travel extensively and often find we are given rooms which are awaiting refurbishment or are smaller than those pictured. Only one lift - not good for a large hotel - should imagine when hotel full would be waiting a very long time if unable to use stairs. First time in Lloret for many years- thank goodnesss it was only for 1 night - has become very run down in my opinion.
the room was very small ,it was airless uncomfortable the Hotel is lacking in character a sterile environment not worth the price i have stayed in better hotels that were cheaper
The location is almost the unique plus of this hotel, besides the really nice spa (jacuzzi) on the roof and sea view in a couple of rooms. It used to be a nice friendly beach hotel with modern design but it's not any more. Clearly in need of a good renovation and services of a strong marketing team.
Too expensive for the limited services and poor quality offered (especially if you book directly in the hotel/its web, they can charge you the double price). Be ready that breakfast is literally only croissant+cheese+ham+coffee(served by the same receptionist, btw). They have a restaurant with terrace but it always closed or empty and dont invite to enter too much actually. No fridge neither natural light in some rooms and the single room is so small that seems like a train compartment. Good for 1-2 days for someone with limited budget.
