Service

Excellent hotel with spacious comfy room and great facilities.

Windows didn't close properly which would have been an issue in colder weather

-food was excellent -extra services and staff professional, helpful, friendly -excellent

-level of noise in room from other rooms was excessive - we could clearly hear other couples having relations next door, moving furniture and walking around above us late at night and toilets flushing.

Staff not very knowlegeable about taxi services, but otherwise very helpful.

The location

The room was too basic to be 4 star hotel, plein white room, no any decor, no facilities for a cup of coffee or tea, basic bed... we were very suprised that this was a 4 star hotel...

Staff was so helpfull even with the language barrier they went the xtra mile..

You can see the hotel just out of the train station. Very convenient for taking train and busy to travel,...

Breakfast is very good and relatively cheap. Specially if you book it in advance. Staff were friendly. Location is OK. Neighborhood is decent. Very nice views from the balcony.

we could not change the room temperature in the room so it was very hot. Rooms are quite small. They dont look like how hotel rooms should do.

Location is excellent with easy access to most parts of Barcelona. Staff was very friendly. Hotel rooms, although a little older, were comfortable.

Some misunderstanding with the bill at check-out.

Service in the restaurant was excellent, as was food. Breakfast was amazing

No double rooms available when we arrived (even superior doubles were fully booked). Resolved by moving twin beds side by side, so not actually a problem.

Executive Rooms very basic - can only imagine what our original room would have been like!

Good location near car rental companies, and railway station and metro. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. All rooms have balconies. Free wifi.

Too hot room because of powerless air conditioning (9. floor). Balcony doors do lock themselves if you close the door and you can not get in any more. We helped our neighbors because they were locked out with screaming. Our balcony door was the same dangerous design.

The location, the staff and the possibility to eat until 1am in the 3rd floor.

I book this hotel for the swimming pool....and it's close until may. If I had this information before, I would choose an other place to stay.

Rooms were clean and cosy, breakfest was amazing, staff was super nice, the location was great - just nearby train station and metro´s. It was peaceful. I loved it!!
