It was close to shopping and easy to get to from the metro. The bar was nice as well. It seemed common but no less frustrating that hotels in the area did not have rooms available for more than two people. |

The location, cost General Manager assuming my party had smashed the piano in the bar. This was annoying especially as the CCTV proved that it was not a member of my party but another. I would recommend in future before you tell guests that they are leaving investigate first. |

Location Noise abatement was terrible; we had people in rooms above us raising hell until the wee hours, and people in an adjacent room conversing at 3:00 AM in normal voices, but it was like they were in our room. Staff failed to call a taxi on the morning of departure, even though we had followed their direction and requested one the night before. |

It was excellent. Excellent location, excellent facitilies & great selection of foods both during the buffet breakfast and also during the buffet dinner The aircondition in the room did not work properly...but it was still ok cause it was not the peak summer heat!! |

location, cleanliness Room insulation towards internal rumors (babies' crying, TV etc) absolutely not adequate. Difficult to sleep without Earplugs if other guests are not behaving consciously. |

Within easy walking idstance of the centre say 15 to 20 minutes, beside the metro, and bus station. Easy to travel arounfd the city from the location. No hair drier in room but the front desk could normally provide one - it should be mentioned as it is easy to take a small drier if one is not always available |
