Staff Value for money Good breakfast Free Wifi
The room was clean, the hotel just in front of the subway, the view quite nice from the 9th floor There's a mall and all sorts of commercial / entertainment / dining options within 2 minutes walking distance
The WiFi reception was close to non-existent in our room on the 9th floor
Very close to a shopping centre and restaurants. Also next to a main road. Close enough to walk to parts of the city, and there is a taxi rank just outside because of the shopping centre.
Rooms in need of a little updating.
Hotel ideally located next to Turia Metro for transfer from Valencia airport. Good standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel - rooms very comfortable, staff really helpful in dealing with enquiries
Wi-fi in the hotel is terminally slow - mobile 3G service much quicker. Tea/coffee making facilities offered in the rooms but were charged 1.40 Euros in the bar for a cupfull of milk to accompany the drinks !!
If your looking for a friendly, helpful hotel in a great location that is good value for money in Valencia there are few places that can match it.
Extend the pool opening hours.
Location was ideal
Room was 'tired' and 'dated'.
Roof pool and bar
Location near to metro, next to a shopping center
Simple sin pretensiones
Cafe area for refreshments etc room cleanliness we enjoyed staying at hotel
We thought the menu in the dining room on a evening could change more often. Also the bar on the roof top could do with a makeover to keep up with the standards of the rest of hotel
A comfortable, conveniently located hotel consistently providing a good standard of accommodation over a number of years.
Excellent location - in a few minutes walk you can reach the bus station for transport, the park for jogging/running, the old city for dining and a lot more, not to forget the roof top pool in the hotel building and the next door shopping centre.
Near metro station, behind the hotel is a mall, you can eat there in the morning or evening. Great terrace on the roof. Easy check in and check out.
The room looks kinda old
Everything , good parking ,excellent restaurants close by ,short ride into el centro cheap taxis , places to visit , going to try las playas next time
Can't fault our stay
Good location and staff. Perfect reception.
Good location close to shopping and local restaurants. Bus trip to center. Easy parking.
Seemed very run down. Facilities were adequate but old fashioned. No personal touch - many many guests.
It was quite close to the centre, there was a shopping centre next door, a metro station nearby and it was a very clean, newish hotel
There wasn't any ironing facilities and I had a wedding so couldn't iron my shirt.
Poor wifi signals on 9th floor
It's a nice 3 stars hotel with good location. Liked the swimming pool on the roof and very polite staff.
The room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff.
Noisy area, slow wifi, expensive parking.
Close to metro, shops and Turia Gardens. Short and pleasant walk into the city centre. Bike hire on site or near by. X2 cafés and a restaurant in the hotel itself and others close by. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size and there was a kettle to make tea and coffee in the room.
The aircon in the room was noisy. The upper outside cafe/bar did not have a rainproof roof so even on a warm rainy evening it was not possible to sit out up there which was a waste. The food at the top bar was overpriced.
The location, the pool, the terrace, the food, the reception area and the outside seating. It was also great being next to the shopping centre. The cleaners were very efficient and all of the staff were excellent.
the only thing we didn't like was the noise in the rooms. We could hear upstairs and next to us clearly and it interrupted our sleep. Also the cleaners dragging the beds too early. I think they should start work after 12pm as most guests are sleeping until then if they have had a light night before.
Location was on the edge of town but if you had a bike or didn't mind a walk it was great. Also right nextdoor to a huge shopping complex
