new, clean located distant to the airport - must rely on shuttle (not free!) or car. our room had no functional aircondition when temp out was over 35 degrees. needed to wait till midnight to have room replaced... new but not completely functional; expected much more from the express... |

Modern clean hotel, good breakfast, close to airport but you really need to know Madrid to fnd it particulaly at night Very difficult to find took us 2 hours driving around what should have been 10 minutes. The hotel wasn't light up at night and despite this when we phoned' lost' the staff could only give a bog standard answer "off at junction?" if they had explained in more detail we would have arrived at 10PM not midnight. In addition we had only 3 pillows for 4 people "hotel full - no pillows left" |

The hotel was new and rooms very modern and clean. Good continental breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful in giving directions and maps to local attractions. Free on-road parking outside hotel. Good base to drive into Madrid centre and surrounding attractions as Hotel is situated on the A-2 motorway. Aqua Park and large supermarket at next junction. Also good for plane spotting!! |

Every thing are all right ! It is far a way from the center of Madrid otherwise not bad !! If you do not have car you have to spend a lot of money on transportation , and the the bus station is far a way from the hotel.If you go by shattel hotel they charge you seven Euro for each person. I do not recommend for the person which does not have a car ! |

We would like to have an extra blanket/sheet, because my husbond and son slept in a doubble-bed, but it was not possible. We do not understand why. |

Proximity to airport. Free breakfast with variety of choices. Room was extremely small - booked room that sleeps 4, which had a double bed and a sofa/bed. There was barely any space for all our bags (or even for moving around) in the room. Pillows were extremely thin and soft, very uncomfortable. |

Room was clean. Always a huge line-up to see desk clerk. Only 3 pillows although there were 2 adults and 2 kids. No food services available - had to order Tele-pizza which took over an hour and didn't have many of the items on the menu. Nearest restaurant was at least half a kilometer away with no sidewalk. Internet access was pricey. |

new, clean I was robbed in broad daylight 10 feet from the check-in counter, inside the hotel, and the staff were very unhelpful, did not want to call the police, were rude and uncaring. An individual stole one of my bags, with contents valued at over E1000. The staff finally called the police at my insistance, but again, were very uncaring and uncooperative in assisting me to file a report. |

very quiet considering the proximity to the runway at Barajas Madrid airport. why isn't the shuttle to the airport free? it is at all hotels in the US. Missing soap, enough towels even though they knew we booked for a family of 4. |
