Mattress very hard

Location. Friendly staff.

I have stayed there many times but this is the first time that we found the bed too hard. We stop over for a good nights sleep ready for the long journey the following day but this time we didn't sleep too good. /the bed was too hard.

Room was lovely, breakfast was plentiful, not far from Pamplona city centre

minor moan our bed was a bit worn and we both rolled to the middle

The satellite coordinates on the website are not accurate. These directions need to be clearer. We emailed the hotel for better directions which they provided straightaway.

We stayed here on our journey down into spain and found the hotel superb with regards to my needs as I use a wheelchair,excellent large single beds and a superb bathroom.I wish all bathrooms were like this as it would make travelling a lot better from my point of view.We therefore had no hesitation in booking for our return journey.the staff were very helpful and the breakfast adequate.The only minor problem and it is minor is that the room is a bit tight to move the wheelchair past the beds but would in no way cause much of an inconvenience

Good location for our onward journey to South of Spain. Helpful staff and clean rooms and a good price.

Very good location

I am a wheelchair user and the beds and bathroom were superb,so much so that we intend booking on our return trip. Superb bathroom for my needs. Wish every hotel bathroom was like this.

It is very conveniently situated for travelling from Southern Spain to France. The staff are friendly. There is private underground parking and you get a very good breakfast ready for your onward journey.

The only thing was that I was disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open. I have stayed there several times and found the food plain but very tasty. And very good value.

Confortable with very friendly and helpful staff.Buffet breakfast was good and staff were very efficient.

We always have problems finding this hotel although we have been there several times.Would it be possible to have more signage especially off the motorway and around the commercial area? We ended up in the housing eatate this time. Luckily we met a very helpful resident who led us to the hotel in his car.

Jorge ! Jorge ! The excellent welcome from Jorge on reception set the scene for a great break at this super hotel. Yes I know it's a branded chain hotel located in a commercial shopping area but in all respects I would highly recomend this hotel. Very easy access to the city centre in 20mins by cheap bus. Nice clean rooms. Great location for shopping centre opposite. Ample breakfast and loads of free parking. Oh and seconds off the motorway and no noise ! Give Jorge a medal. He is a hospitality star !! Thanks !!

Ruido de las puertas de las demás habitaciones al cerrar. En pleno puente, el hotel lleno y el restaurante cerrado. Si no tienes coche, mala comunicación con el centro
