Friendly polite courteous staff. clean room with kettle!!!! Situated near the motor way for easy access but Very quiet. East access to old historic town and fantastic new shopping complex. Will stay again.

We were staying for the night because a flight from Dubai arrived too late to fly onto Alicante. We enjoyed our stay and our only criticism would be the distance from the airport and that would be because of the cost of the taxis to and from the airport, but aprt from that it was good

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was easy to find free parking directly in front of the hotel (in any case there is paid garage parking under the hotel). We left the hotel by 4 am, but were served with a simple breakfast.

I like to say that it's the best hotels that I can to choose,cheaper, confortable,with an excellent staff ant atention,good breakfast and it's more than espacious the auxiliar bed-sofa for children 9 and 11 years old as my soon.Near to two shopping mall area and service.

Easy to find, good access from the highways, close to the airport. Since we were only staying for the night before continuing the road trip, it was the perfect combination. The staff was nice, the room was well equipped. The only complaint I can think of is that there is no insulation between the rooms, we heard the neighbor showering and shaving at 5am...

El precio y la ubicación para mis propósitos. Que habiendo pagado por adelantado, me indiquen en el hotel y nunca antes, que tenía que presentar la misma tarjeta de crédito con que hice el pago. Por casualidad la llevaba y no pasó nada. ¿Si no la hubiera llevado qué habría sucedido? Supongo que nada, total ya habían cobrado el dinero casi un mes antes, pero me desagrada no haber sido informado con anterioridad.

La situacion para ir al aeropuerto, muy comodo si quieres dejar el coche, hay un parking justo al lado, barato y que te llevan al aeropuerto y te recogen a la vuelta, era lo que necestibamos. El precio esta muy bien y el desayuno aceptable.

relación calidad-precio. Por 55 euros noche y desayuno los 4 está muy bien. Cuando hay mucha gente en el desayuno no reponen a tiempo la leche caliente y los cubiertos. por lo demás bien.

Muy buena relación calidad/precio. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Hay personal en recepción las 24 horas del día. La limpieza es excelente al igual que el desayuno. Nos ha gustado todo. Lo único mejorable es la cortina de la ducha que no impide que se salga todo el agua al ducharte.
