Holiday Inn Express San Sebastian de los Reyes  

Easy to find, good access from the highways, close to the airport. Since we were only staying for the night before continuing the road trip, it was the perfect combination. The staff was nice, the room was well equipped.

The only complaint I can think of is that there is no insulation between the rooms, we heard the neighbor showering and shaving at 5am...

Very comfortable

We choosed this hotel because we have a fly from the airport early morning. So we spent only one night there. But evening before, we visit nearest big shopping center (about 1 km). Early morning (at 6 o'clock) the hotel staff prepared breakfast for us. There was no problem with parking next to the hotel (for free). what's not very liked the smell of cigarette smoke in the room at the begining

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience our family has ever had. We were given a room right off the lobby. There was a door separating the lobby form the rooms, but it creaked and squeaked loudly any time anyone opened it. At 1:30 am we awoke to outrageous noise in the lobby--right on the other side of our wall. I investigated and found the night clerk partying with guests. Web access cost 8 euro and did not work. Furthermore, this hotel is not is not near the airport. It is at the end of the metro line extension and the metro stop is 1/4 mile from the hotel. It takes 40 min to get into Alonso Martinez stop. The cab ride to the Iberia terminal cost 25 Euro. I should have spent that amount on a better hotel in Madrid proper.

Excelente trato y cómodas instalaciones. óPtimo para familias con niños.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana con los niños. El hotel adecuado a lo que buscábamos, un alojamiento cómodo para una pareja con 2 niños pequeños con una buena relación calidad precio. Muy bien situado para visitar Micrópolix, el Cosmocaixa de Alcobendas... y muy cercano a enormes centros comerciales.El personal de recepción y las camareras de pisos muy amables. El desayuno correcto y con un horario bastante amplio.

Todo de acuerdo a lo esperado

La relación precio-calidad, facilidad de aparcar en los alrededores y la buéna comunicación con las carreteras hacía Madrid.

No tenían cuna disponible, pero lo entendimos porque el Hotel estaba lleno

Gran facilidad para aparcar desayuno bueno y facilidad para meter toda la fami lia 4 en una sola habitación.

La amabilidad y disponibilidad de las recepcionistas y la proximidad al aeropuerto.

Las habitaciones familiares un poco pequeñas.
