The hotel’s location on the city’s new southern boulevard gives it easy access to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanographic Park and to the beaches. had to pay to park the car and this hotel was not cheap also had to pay extra for internet and valencia is supposed to be wifi

It was a good price, good continental breakfast, Staff was very accommodating

Location wasn't that great, no restaraunts nearby, room was small, no pool

The location (close to the motorway) and the staff tried vary hard to help.

The internet was inadequate. I think they only had a few transmitters and it did not have a strong signal throughout the hotel, especially it did not have a good signal in our room.

location - information that hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre is misleading, you can get to to centre in 5 minutes by train ( just one stop) and the station is some 3-4 minutes walking distance from the hotel, but if you choose bus - it takes some 20 minutes to the town....

Location of the hotel is good, staff were very helpful, polite and spoke good english and were very professional.

The housekeeping was very bad! Our room had to changed once because the toilet was not working,the new room was equally bad, there were airlocks in both washbasin and tub, so the water did not drain properly.There was no gel/ soap both in the bath and the sink, it was provided only after we complained twice to the manager on day 3 of our stay. Despite asking there were no blanket for the kids.
