Easy access and within reasonable walking distance of Caceres centre. They take dogs but be warned the charge is unreasonable and excessive at about 20 euros. This would deter us from using the hotel again which is a pity as it's a decent place to stay. What made it worse was we paid up front for the room to get it cheaper and did not find out about the dog cost until we were committed. Would recommend hotel only if you don't have a dog. Hotel should learn that reasonable costs are acceptable but this is rather unreasonable!!!

Good location about 15 mins walk to the old town. Small pool but adequate for our one night stay. Good facilities - free wi -fi and secure parking at 12€ per day. Rooms were clean and comfortable and quite spacious. Excellent buffet breakfast and service. Overall a very nice hotel and we would stay there again.

Modern business hotel but well placed for pleasant walk into Old Town. Generous room size Comprehensive breakfast Centrallly provided air conditioning was not working and the only way to cool the room was to open the window. Fair amount of traffic noise and waste disposal vans were out in force. In all other respects this hotel was really good but no use if you can't sleep. Instructions for finding the hotel were incorrect - we had at least one instruction to turn left instead of right.

Staff very effecient. The sound proofing in this hotel is very, very bad.I would not like to stay in this hotel when it is booked to capacity. Mérida would have been a better choice.

Excellent breakfast and there was a very large car park with good wide spaces to get your car into. It was well situated , about a 15 minute walk to the old town. The room was a good size and the receptionist staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we found the hotel to be good value for money. Major drawback during our stay was the fact that their internet service was poor. The keyboard did not work well and the printer did not work at all. As we are travelling a lot and rely on the internet then this was something of a problem. Also given that it was a large hotel more terminals would have been justified.

“Location, location. Right in the Plaza Mayor facing the main gate to the old city in Caceres. Caceres has well deserved designation as a World Heritage site, and this hotel is the perfect base for a visit (we also visited Merida and its Roman remains as a day trip). Plaza is filled with cafes and delightful, partly because it is car free. Hotel has good parking arrangement with garage ca 80 m away, but figuring out logistics ahead of time would help. Staff delightful, decor contemporary and elegant, spotless.” Norman, Pittsburgh |
