Staff - the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They booked our next night's hotel for us, helped us with directions, restaurant choice and sightseeing. The location - I was cycling the length of the river Ebro. Our room looked out along the old stone bridge in the town - magnificent. The interior - a courtyard/atrium based upon an ancient stone facade, built into this modern, stylish hotel.

Location was perfect an food, drinks and tapas just perfect as it should be in Vine capital :)

The location, a real 5-minute walk from the heart of Logroño. The staff, very friendly and attentive. The parking lot, taking an elevator to park your car is quite an experience. The triangular shape of the building, that allows for daylight to illuminate the lobby and the accesses to the rooms. The rooms are modern and cozy, though not too big. The pressure of the water in the bath. Perfectly adaptable to anybody's liking.

The spa area was always full, so it would be advisable to create a booking service for it (or to make it bigger). The gym was a too small (in terms of variety of machines and also in terms of physical space). It is hard to get the car out of the parking, but the staff is always very helpful and they always assist in the manouvres.

unusual triangular atrium with rooms all round on three levels, original stone facade to street retained inside on one side of atrium. Managed to get parked on the street right outside. Very convenient walk into the old town for shops, bars and food

Bem localizado junto a uma das entradas da cidade velha e junto ao rio Ebro (Ponte de Piedra). Quarto confortável, bom pequeno-almoço. The location close to the old city and the Ebro river. Comfortable room. Good breakfast.

The modern, stylish design, spa facilities & location to the old town & river made the hotel most appealing.

No air con in the bedroom-apparently when the temperature outside dips below a certain number the hotel heating system starts and you have no control of this in your room...if you switch on air con for cooling you get warm air pumped into the room. Noisy location, hotel is on very busy junction-when you open the balcony door(there are no windows) it is very noisy. Staff were not very helpful-we complained about the heating/no air con situation and asked for earplugs for the noise but they did not assist us. Also when having breakfast my sister who was travelling with us and is 6 months pregnant went to take a banana on the way out of the breakfast room but was told no by a rude member of staff- no bananas outside the breakfast room even if you are pregnant! The parking facilities are terrible-an underground carpark extremely difficult to get out of and we only had a small car (Seat Ibiza)

V quiet for sleeping

Odd wifi system which needed a password ev 24hrs and only one per room (until we asked for more). No public space to sit outside room - only bar and restaurant which weren't appearling

the staff really went out of their way to facilitate the needs of our disabled party member - best out of all the hotels we stayed at in Spain. Excellent.

First hotel you meet on the Camino walking into Logrono.

The location and the central atrium made this hotel bright and welcoming. The masseuse and her assistant were excellent - much needed after walking about 200 km of Camino de Santiago.

It was very hot and air-conditionary doesn't work good. We couldn't sleep at all.

The hotel parking garage is not easy to get in or out of! A very nice member of staff helped to guide us out or we might still be there.

Location and price

Entry and exit from the garage was very difficult. I was told that my car would ft; however I damaged paint on a fender getting out of garage first attempt. Second time, TOTAL clearance for my car was less than 3 cm!! I felt that I was given very bad information as the hotel warns you that they will not be liable for damages.

It is a beautiful hotel with good services.

The staff (in dinning area) should try not to be so afraid of English speakers.

Really nice hotel good location. Good value for money and overall ambience good. Although more suited to business travel we arrived with our backpacks and settled in right away. Rooms have a bit of luxury. I'll stay here for a return trip to Logrono.
